Great neighborhood grocery store! High points are fresh produce, deli, and wide selection of products and brands throughout the store. Store management does a great job of adjusting selection of goods and restocking to keep up with changing demands of the shoppers. Store is always clean and well maintained, as are the shopping carts, which is not always the case in other stores. Very glad to have this store nearby and open late, and on holidays.

Aisles flow for the most part and make sense in order of presentation. I went late evening and it was quick to get through, find what I need and still find fresh items. Great customer service by the courtesy clerk!

Rude customer service, especially Debbie at self checkout, but her supervisor Liz is not much better either. Items are not positioned at the right places on the shelves, which is understandably frustrating to the management, but being rude to a customer is not a solution.

I would of given a 5 but, As the other store, I am seeing empty carts, unattended ones with food as well in isles! Drives me batty! Please have them removed so we can shop!

Very friendly, very clean and the handicap cart has a place to clip in your cane. I was so excited I didn't have to battle placing it in the cart and worrying about knocking stuff over or hitting it on the part in the middle of the isle. Love this Vons❣

Ehhh... one of the Worst Grocery Store out there right now. Although their $5 Friday's aren't so bad, Vons, in general, Loves to Play Games. Get this item for $1.99, but you've gotta buy 5 otherwise it's $3.99. 'FAB!5 Buy 5 or more & Save More with Club.' Another Huge Ripoff is the Vons4U. I don't see a lot of customers downloading their app Then having to add all of the 'coupons' in your app, but keep in mind, you have to add each one individually. I think the best one is their more recent 'scam' of Buy this and Get a 'Rebate' via Paypal. Of course I have PayPal, but how many don't? You know darn right there's a lot of older customers who don't use things like PayPal, my parents included. So they end up getting screwed in the end. So sad there are Sooo many things I Do Not like about Vons, in fact I cringe anytime I need to walk in there as my shopping experience is usually quite disappointing.

The customer experience is no longer a priority and unfortunately, our once favored Vons store is no exception. While there are a few superstars still here, sadly the majority are unfriendly/unhelpful and down right unwelcoming. We are a family of 11 and stop nearly every day. We typically choose self checkout because I have some social anxiety/sensitivities- it provides a solution. Today, while scanning my items, Carmen stood, arms crossed glaring at me from 3 feet away. I was shaking and completely uncomfortable. When I engaged her and asked why she was doing that she became very aggressive and combative- telling me she didn’t care that I was uncomfortable. I was flabbergasted. When I was at the point of tears I asked to speak to a manager. After ‘hollering’ down about 6 check stands- Ceaser appeared. When I tell you he could not have cared less. He absolutely couldn’t. “Yes ma’am” and a far off stare was all I got. It was an unforgettable experience and not in a good way. This is on the heals of an incident the week prior where Heather could not be bothered to turn around a walk the 3 feet to the locked glass to get my families allergy medicine. Instead told me I had to leave self checkout and go get in the register line. This was a Saturday morning and the store was very busy. All I had/needed was the allergy medicine. It was also an unbelievable experience. So, in summary, if you would like to be treated well or even helped at all- you may want to reconsider this Vons. Also, if you have special needs do not expect to be treated kindly or with any compassion here- they just “don’t care”.
