Such a treat to have this spot downtown. Delicious and delicate pastry with rotating seasonal flavors, wonderful bread, and good coffee. The ambiance is wonderful too. The Pullman loaf has become a weekly staple in my home. I’m always sure to swing by on my way out of town as well- their loaves and treats are great gifts to bring when visiting friends and family.

One of my favorite places in Appleton! The sourdough breads are delicious (jalapeno and cheese sourdough is phenomenal for making chicken sandwiches at home for quick lunches/dinners) 😋
And... I find myself randomly craving their almond croissant 🥐
Also seems to be a good place to work (reading and sending emails).

This is an artisanal bakery and cafe located in the heart of downtown Appleton with the kind of educated and friendly baristas you would come to expect from a place that suggests care and passion in everything that they do. Both the savory and sweet items are made using sourdough. The salmon sandwich I ordered doubled as a showcase for their bread and included fresh greens and even a beautiful beet slice. Voyageur is definitely a great and healthy lunch option for the valley.

Stunning in every way. Pastries were crisp, fluffy, and flavorful in every bite. And yet they managed to be light and delicious. Perfection.
We were in Appleton visiting family and had breakfast there everyday. We live in the Hudson Valley in New York State. For those who know and love Bread Alone (our haunt) this is its Midwest sibling. We couldn't help but appreciate the raspberry and almond profiles which crept into some of the pastry which certainly reminds us Wisconsin. Bravo!
