The manager Morgan has a great Team at Remount, Keke is one the best people I ever encountered she is the face of that place, As my daughter and I sat at the front I watch how well organized and clean the staff was, All of them were respectful and caring, Owen was our person today he was Amazing, And on top of his job, Nicholas and Dan the cooks made sure my food was absolutely perfect, The manager greeted us when we came in, I personally let her know on the way out, That she has a great Team and she is doing an Amazing Job making sure everything Is perfection from head to toe. I think every place of employment should be just like this Family Team all in One. Bravo to this store and I definitely will continue to come eat ❤️

Today is Christmas day. Me and my wife were eating lunch together on CHRISTMAS DAY. Only a hand few of places were open. The waffle house on remount road at I85 exit. Deserves 5 stars for everything. The food was good. The staff was awesome. Everyone was in a good mood. They were all cheerful! Everyone was helping each other. There was plenty of staff working. They even had a lady greeter at the door. I kid you not! We have been in a lot of different waffle houses. But not any of them compared to this one, today. I wasn't sure who i should've given the tip, too. I'm not sure if this location is always this good. But we are going back to see. NOTE: They were slammed with customers, including takeout. 7/27/23 @ 8amish OMMFG!!!!! Morgan,The Manager made my food so right. My belly is happy, and my day is started off right. My sunnyside up eggs was running like I like them, hash browns crunchy n not burnt, I asked for extra meat, whoo she came thru. PRO'FECTION! And Linda was awesome, she took my order right, I like extra stuff n she smashed it. I had the cheese steak bowl with extra steak meat, 3 Sunnyside up eggs; runny, onions n biscuit gravy pour over the top. They both were funny, down to earth, friendly, and on top job of their game. Our server was Nyla and she is an absolute gift to the world. Our food was exactly how we ordered it and every member of staff came by our table at some point to check if we needed anything. Gastonia's east side Waffle House next to Cracker Barrel has an atmosphere that is quieter than most restaurants. Quietness helps with good digestion. This Waffle House was the most mouthwatering experience! Everything was made fresh to order. Farm fresh ingredients. Staff was so friendly and checked on us multiple times. The cook from 2p-9p was spectacular at his work. We had breakfast at 730p. I'm going back again and again. My son told me to visit, but he should have MADE ME GO! Check out the photos! Get a cup of coffee, man oh man, smooth. I'll see you there...

Waffle house is not known to be the cleanest place in town, but this place was right beside of a Cracker Barrel and we initially thought we were going to eat at Cracker Barrel but instead we changed our mind after Cracker Barrel had a 25 minute wait. So we went to waffle house and was so impressed by Miss Jen and her speed and the freshness of the food and it tasted so good and Miss Jen was so sweet. We still haven’t gotten a message from Cracker Barrel saying that our seat is ready and we’re back on the road again

Cannot give 0 stars. Walked in for breakfast after fasting for lab work. While waiting to place order, observed young man working toast station....gloved, but handling his cell phone and then proceeding to handle food. Walked out. Wish I was mystery shopping that place. They'd fail.
