Nasty place. Got hash browns and bacon. Finally got waffle and grits after asking. Still no eggs or toast. Employees were rude to each other. It was not even a slight of a good place. Never be back. Our waitress did try…. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I think the food was great. I had the bacon cheese burger. It had good flavor. Our waitress Denise did a good job. It was very loud inside. The workers seem to enjoy their jobs. I can appreciate that. Had we sat at a table, it would have been quieter. Overall I would recommend this Waffle House. I have eaten at many Waffle House locations through my 6 decades of life, but I never encountered one like this. Dirty, poor service, and did I mention it was dirty? I sat for 20 minutes, and nobody came by to offer coffee or take an order. The place was not busy all that time. After 15 minutes, I started reading reviews, and then I walked out, thankful for the bad service that didn't serve me any food or drink. My advice for anyone looking for a place to eat is just keep on driving past this place, and don't make eye contact. It gives me no great pleasure to write this, because I really enjoy eating at other Waffle House restaurants. Don't judge the others by this location. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It is what it is. taste is not very pleasing, but it gets the job done. you can feel the meat is not fresh, but I don’t expect it from such a chain. Rarely do I feel compelled to leave a review but this is the worst waffle house Ive ever been in. They should be ashamed of how terrible their service is. Disgraceful. Waitress never checked on us and got the order wrong. Pathetic and the very reason it has the name "Awful house". Never again. There’s Waffle House’s and then there’s really good Waffle Houses and this one is top notch. Well staffed and a bit larger than standard. Whoever runs this place must have some high standards. Never before have I seen WH employees doing grounds maintenance. Super service by Karri. We were very pleased with our visit to the Waffle House in Forrest City! Our server was Timothy and he was pleasant and personable. The employees there made our visit extremely enjoyable. It’s 2024 and I’m definitely not spending my hard earned money with any establishment that is rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. On the road and my son and I stopped in for a nice hot cup of coffee and waffles…walked in and no one greeted us, asked for a table and she said its going to be a wait for a clean table and then they stood around and said they weren’t going to clean the table.
