I love this location. Today I was helped by Alaska, and she was as awesome as always. This will always be my coffee shop because the drinks are incredible (my go to is a 32oz Spring Blossom with Mad Hatter Energy) but the staff really make the experience. They are knowledgeable, friendly and expedient. If you're looking for a pick-me-up, come down and visit Alaska and the rest of the awesome staff. They will hook you up and make you feel like family. So I usually have no problem and never leave bad reviews. Your guy that you have working in the mornings on the weekends I dont know his name never seen a name tag. He is very rude and twice now I have come to get my drink that has whip cream on it and he never puts it on... So nicely I say i ordered whip on this and he acts like your the one that's wrong and then has an attitude. It says on the order everytime whip cream so I'm not sure why the attitude needs to come in. Thank you.

We love the coffee at Wake Up Call! Alaska made my drink today and it was delicious. Usually pretty fast with the ipads they use for the drive through, even when it's busy.

Wake Up Call on Evergreen is always on top when it comes to making good coffee and providing friendly and welcoming service. Their drinks are delicious, their barista Alaska makes my drinks here most of the time and she always makes my drinks perfect! I have yet to learn everyone else’s names, but I love everyone here, they’re awesome! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
