The Walmart bakery has stepped their cake making game up in recent years! They are SO GOOD, look great and are affordable. Everyone is always impressed by them and surprised when I say they came from Walmart.

The cake decorator was very rude when I spoke to her when I called. Her tone ans attitude was rude. She told me she couldn't do a cookie cake in 3 days and would need at least a weeks notice. Just a simple cookie cake with border and writing. I used to be a cake decorator for Walmart and I know the cookie cakes come frozen and just get thawed out. A border and writing would take 5 minutes for a skilled decorator. I just think it was a little absurd plus the way she spoke on the phone was pretty rude as well. I figured I'd go in and see if they have any on the floor. The shelf was empty and the cake case was empty of the stuff that doesn't come frozen. Anyways, I went to the Kroger down the street who had their Cooke cake stand completely full with a great variety of colors of icing to choose from and someone behind the counter wrote on it and she even went make it complex with 2 colors and very nice handwriting.
