Tried to order cupcakes this morning. Took talking to the operator 4 times. Her walking over there 3 times telling them to answer the phone to get them to answer the phone. Took 20 mins to even get someone on the phone. So if u wanna order, better go in there because it’s either short staff or the staff doesn’t know how to answer the phone. 🤷🏽♀️
