I get the whole theft thing for closing self checkout... but I'm not standing in line for 15 minutes to buy a few things. Every cash register was open and everyone of them had a big line. I'll just set my stuff down and leave. Where is that express lane!? Also your hand dryers in the restrooms are so loud it seriously!
Cashiers could be trained better. Shelves could be stocked with more. If they run out of the same things every other week. You would think they would order a larger quantity sell more and keep the customers from having to go buy items elsewhere. You would think. And get the apple and google tap to pay service. . And teach someone up front about corporate policies regarding coupons and how to read what is printed on them . After all it's in plain English. Telling me i can only use two coupons for my entire purchase is not correct. Two identical coupons if the coupon states so. But if i have coupons for laundry soap, tooth paste, make up, vitamins and pizza. I doubt it is corporate practice to make me choose only two of those coupons and not use them all. But the CSM's have been misinformed and misunderstand what the limit of two or four coupons is actually regarding. It means limit of two or four identical coupons on specified item(s). The mfg.will state on face of coupon. The limit may only be one. Or one per day. Or one per household. Or four identical coupons per shopping trip. Not two different coupons for entire basket. And cashiers need to know to treat coupons the same as cash. Because in the books thats what they are.
Have to definitely give it a one star.
1. You can never find the things you need.
2. Things aren't where they are supposed to be that even the employees get flustered trying to help us out.
3. Self checkout cashiers are hardly ever attentive or even there.
4. On top of lack of employees to help, registers always think you're stilling even when you just scanned the item and are trying to put it on their awful bags.
5. There's no one in electronics 75% of the time.
My nephew used to work there at Walmart and he would tell me how a team lead her name starts with a J and shes hispanic would yell at other associates not knowing what they were doing or working on and would go up to them just to tell them stuff. he would tell me that no matter what associates would say management wouldn’t do anything about it. it seems that they don’t even care about about the associates opinions. no wonder why walmart doesn’t have associates because management don’t care. She’s very unprofessional And now when i go shopping at Walmart and know who she is I seem to notice she’s always walking around with her phone in her hand either texting or talking on it. I don’t know what her job is or what she does, I believe if she’s a team lead she needs to be more professional at doing her job. Walmart needs to find better management to treat and respect their associates better so associates can have a good attitude too when it comes to do customer service.
Would give a zero if I could or even negative stars! This is probably the worse Walmart around. The lack of customer service/ horrible customer! No one ever helps and the 18-20 years old there was just standing around just chatting with each other or just flat out on there cell phones and don't want to be bothered by customers which is there job to help. And the selection of products compared to others is horrible
I am dismayed by the recent incident involving my son at your Walmart store, prompting my decision to assign a one-star rating.
My son visited your store to gather supplies for his upcoming 2-year mission, armed with a specific list. Unfortunately, the lack of staff assistance posed a significant challenge. Instead of receiving the necessary help, he was asked to leave for "meandering," despite having a clear purpose. It's disheartening to learn that, rather than assisting him, the staff opted to remove him from the premises.
According to their explanation, he was observed wandering for over an hour, seemingly lost. However, the decision to eject him from the store, without any support or guidance, has left us deeply dissatisfied with Walmart's customer service.
This incident has undeniably cast a negative shadow on our perception of Walmart's commitment to customer care. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts a thorough review of your staff training procedures to ensure fair and considerate treatment for all customers.
Not that Walmart is a super classy store to begin with but this one is abnormally trashy.
Also, tonight I sent my teenage boys there to buy a thermometer and they had a really hard time finding one so they walked around for like 40 minutes looking. They downloaded the app to help them only to put in the wrong location and therefore the app took them to the wrong isle. Apparently them walking all around Walmart looked suspicious even though they are sharp kids and one of them was even in his white shirt and tie. So instead of the manager helping them find it, he kicked them out. It doesn't make any sense. Maybe he was against our religion because my one son just started his home MTC (the thermometer was for his mission) and so he had his missionary tag on. So, needless to say I'm not too keen on shopping here anymore.
Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. I’ve lived in Heber City for over a year now and I keep trying to give them chances and keep getting disappointed every time. This is the 3rd time that I’ve gone to the customer service desk for specific services and either the staff is untrained and cannot assist me correctly, or they are just flat out rude and tell me that can’t process my requests when any other Walmart in this world is able to compete simple tasks like withdrawing money from a Walmart money card. I don’t understand why this Walmart is operated so differently than anywhere else??? It might be worth the drive to Park City instead of going to this Walmart from now on.
Josh working Nov 17th at 11am was rude and condescending as I asked for help. I let him know he was offering poor customer service. He didn't appear to care as he walked away form me as I was talking to him.
