Store is always clean. Shelves are always stocked. Glad they have organic products too. Staff is friendly and trustworthy. I left my phone in a shopping cart in the parking lot and they helped me find it. One time, I withdrew cash from their self checkout and forgot to grab it - I came in 20 min later, and it was at the customer service desk.

Lake Havasu Walmart: The Optical Dept is amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I snapped my prescription glasses in two. I had a Backup Pair just for TV but never wore them. Michele transferred the lenses from my snapped pair into my TV pair! I can read again! Great job!

Large parking lot. You can get in here with large rigs. The store is often very crowded. And often you can't get down the aisles because of employees stocking shelves during the day instead of after hours, and because of all the employees pulling orders for curbside pickup. Also, the cashiers are very slow and appear ill trained.

Nice entrance to the shopping area and plenty of parking for large RV with toad or 5th wheels. NO OVER NIGHT PARKING.... You can go to either end of town and park for free in the BLM areas... Wally had all the supplies we need. Make sure you park your RV for and easy escape/exit.

The workers went out of their way to help find items. They had good customer service in all departments. It was refreshing to experience service like that again.

Visiting from completely across the country. I have NEVER been stalked so badly by a store's workers, yes like 4 of them. It was completely uncalled for. Made me extremely uncomfortable, because I've been stalked before. Maybe cause I'm a red head, and they don't have them around here. I dunno, but it made my grandfather, who's 91, my daughters and myself VERY uncomfortable So I WILL never return to this walmart, during my month long stay and if i return. 😒

Have to check myself out and Walmart's not cheap anymore. They replaced the cashier with someone that stands there and tells you goodbye. Seems nonsensical. Also many of the older female associates very irritable. One even walked over to me and tried to pick a fight with me. Manager is nice and helpful. Its a miracle she gets some of them to do any work.

Had everything we needed...very clean. Walmart now has an automatic pick up option where one can order items and have those items ready for you when arrive. Also at the self checkout there is several new features that help you to be able to check yourself out. This time we checked ourselves out in half the time.

Big clean store. Everyone seemed very pleasant and helpful when asked a question or where things were. The shelves were neatly stocked, bathroom clean, and in working order. (At least the one in the back) it's in a great location with other stores nearby. There is a subway in the store which said they take EBT?

I found this place to be very clean and organized. And the associates were extremely helpful. I'm from out of state and was unfamiliar with the layout, but each associate knew where everything was and walked with me to make sure I found it.
