Don't understand how this store has a high rating. Men's bathroom is always filthy, hand sanitizer pumps have been empty for weeks, and employees look miserable. Not your typical WaWa experience.

Stopped for gas this today 6/12/23 at about 1230. The attendant Angela was very courteous and friendly. She apologized for us having to wait even though it was only a couple of minutes. She also noticed that our car was due for inspection. She was also only covering a break

paid for extra turkey on a sandwich and was given none at all on it. paid for it and everything before it was even made yet still was not given on the sand which. the store was empty as it was 11:00 at night i could understand if there was a rush or if they were back up but there’s no excuse for this.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Caramel Macchiato tasted like water that had been sitting for days. I asked the staff if he could remake it. Became irate and asked me to order the item again. I ordered again and placed the ticket on the counter next to him assuming he wanted to reread the order. He picked up the ticket so fast, threw it in the designated basket & mumbled something. I couldn't believe it it was worst attitude display I’ve ever seen. Never again!

Needed a gallon of milk for the kids and went to this Wawa…I am in disbelief! One of the store employee’s pants were half way down his rear and UNDERWEAR OUT! T-shirt tied up to the chest, belly out…It was truly disgusting to see in a neighborhood store. Called and spoke to a store manager and they apologized…wear what you want on your own time, but goodness where is the dress code for work!!!!

I walked into the bathroom the one stall had no toilet paper and the other one didn’t open maybe it was jammed. I asked the guy at the front desk for toilet paper he sent a young lady in to fill it up. As she came out I went to go say thank you so much and as I was at the thank you- part she turned around with an attitude “there was toilet paper in the other stall” which then I told her I tried to open it and she turns to me and goes “you push it” she must hate her job because she was all around nasty. Not only that but the bathroom was dirty with pee on the seat and paper all over the floor. But she obviously didn’t care when she saw it putting toilet paper in the bathroom. I’m laughing because it doesn’t take much to be nice, and I understand that places get busy, and sometimes we over look things, but if your staff were just nice about it and smiled this review never would of happened. Sorry for being such a bother at your location tonight.

The guy at the pumps with the blue hair came into the bathroom didn't wash his hands then went to make coffee for himself and continued to blow his nose at the counter where everyone makes their coffee. Pretty disgusting guy.

I typically come to this Wawa because it is one of the cleanest locations around The only issue I have is when you order a breakfast sandwich on a wrap it always comes out cold. I've gone back in a few times to ask to heat it up and they make a new one and it does come out nice and hot but it is every single time so I'm tired of having to keep going back in so I just don't buy there breakfast sandwiches any longer.
