Weinklang - Nürnberg is an excellent restaurant located in the Johannis district of Nuremberg. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, with a tasteful interior design and attentive service. The menu is small but varied, offering a range of Mediterranean-inspired dishes with Italian influences. Their selection of wines is also impressive, and their Sommelier is knowledgeable and able to provide excellent recommendations. The food is of a high quality and beautifully presented, with stand-out dishes such as the ceviche of Wolfsbarsch, the Fischsuppe, Reh Filet, Kalbsleber and Entrecote. Desserts are also delicious, with the Zimt Nuss Brulee being a particular highlight. Prices are reasonable for the level of quality on offer. All in all, Weinklang is a great restaurant that offers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended.
