This has been my go-to location for 25 years, so it's frustrating to say but they have turned into the absolute worst location in the Houston area. Every time I go here, whether drive thru or eat it I have items missing, made wrong, or extra items that I didn't want or pay for. I'm tired of having to fix my sandwich myself at home or having to explain to my kid why he didn't get a juice box when it's supposed to be included and I asked for it. Well, I must say this Wendy's is going down hill fast. I asked for my chicken sandwich to have extra mayo. It said so on the receipt! I get a dry sandwich and an attitude when I ask them to fix it.
