Most guests suppose that the staff is efficient here. A lot of reviewers think that the service is enjoyable. You will appreciate attractive prices. The charming atmosphere offers a comfortable feel to a guests' stay at Wendy's. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Sooo ordered breakfast yesterday (a 2 for $3) sausage biscuit and potato wedges. Added a four piece French toast. As you can see the sausage and French toast are burnt. The potatoes were good but of course no ketchup. This location sucks, especially in the evenings. The young ladies in the drive thru are rude. More interested in talking to each other than ensuring orders are correct and timely. After this, I certainly won't be back. Wendy's doesn't need to do breakfast if this is what you get. The price of fast food is going up ridiculously in the last couple of years. McDonald's sucks. I'm a big fan of the $5 biggy bag. Sometimes I see a picture of a very appetizing promo hamburger on their order menu in the Drive-Thru. Occasionally I will order that but it doesn't look anything like the picture. But does taste great. Oftentimes my order is wrong and the condiments I requested are in the bag. I can live with that. Wendy's you are the last fast food restaurant I would ever go to with this fluctuating pricing you may have lost a customer. Alex you put french fries in your Frosty you have some serious psychological issues and should see a therapist. If I could give 0 stars I would all because of an experience the night of 1-10-24..ordered in the app and asked for no mayo on burger to get home and see mayo on the burger and no Bacon!! I call and get no answer so I drive back up to the location and get rudely helped at the window..after receiving order didn’t think they could/would get the order wrong a second time with such a simple order. Lo and behold there is even more Mayo on the burger than the first time..I call and seems like the manager (Shawna) was waiting on my call as she contends the receipt said no mayo and she didn’t put mayo on it..I drive back up to the location again (2nd time) and when I pull up to the window Shawna is holding up the receipt like I need a reminder of what I ordered..she says she did not put mayo on the burger and whatever else she was saying..I calmly asked her to simply look at the burger to which she sees the damn Mayo caked on the burger again!! She then rudely asks me if I wanted the order redone or my money back to which I requested the money as have no confidence in her as a manager getting my order correct or the store at even caring to get the order correct or do anything above and beyond to resolve the issue..will not be eating at this location and probably Wendy’s again for that matter because of this issue and rudeness Service: 1

This wendys is extremely slow it takes them so long to take your order. It can be two people in line and it will take 20 minutes get through the drive through.. they really need new people on the driver through and making the food because it’s always not fresh Service: 1

Definitely an interesting encounter at this Wendy’s the other day. Tried the get lunch and dining room was closed due to lack of staff, as I was told this to be a common occurrence at this Wendy’s. Very (seemed to be) overwhelmed gentleman at the drive thru telling us that dining was closed through the window and then closed the window as we were asking whether we could order in the app and pick up at the window as we were in the hotel across the street and had no vehicle. As we got his attention again he agreed that could be done after traffic in the drive thru was cleared and it was acceptable to us. Just was kind of weird the way he was bouncing around in and out of the window as if he was doing everything in there. We were served by another person through the window and we left. I always order a large fry with my combo because I like to eat half with ketchup and half in my frosty. Fries tasted good but this was their pathetic excuse of a large fry tonight with none that fell out into the bag. Definitely not returning to this location. 7/9/21 UPDATE: Today, we had had a large order and made it simple by making all the burgers plain and no cheese (all our picky eaters can top them at home). Every single burger had cheese. We scraped it off as good as we could for the kids who didn't like cheese. BUT THEN we started eating and discovered the burgers were not cooked all the way. We would have taken this back, but they made it clear our order was the last one they took before closing (this was 9:30pm on Friday night). I assume it was due to lack of staff and I understand that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Everything here depends on who's working. Everything is amazing at times and others its just horrid.
