Wendy's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Delicious food at affordable prices are provided here. The lovely atmosphere is what this place is about. But most guests who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Fries were fresh, food was well presented, and all the staff at the drive-thru were kind and professional. This is a well-run establishment. Bad customer service is my pet peeve! I went through the drive thru and everyone that assisted me from taking my order to handing me my food had wonderful customer service. Stood at the counter for about 7 minutes before someone came to take our order. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. We asked for an extra side of the cheese sauce for the frys and he couldn't figure out how to ring it up so he just told the person making it. Instead of putting it on the side they drowned the frys in cold sauce. Then would not fix it and charged me for another side. Food was cold drinks were flat and service was horrible. Normally this location is a good place to eat until the new rude hispanic manager took over...The new woman hispanic manager is rude and doesn't keep the restaurant clean. The soda machine hasn't been working for weeks now and the manager doesn't care. The manager is very rude to customers and needs to be fired because of insubordination...a lack of caring for the restaurant she shouldn't be in charge of. If I could I would give ZERO STARS! Let’s not even talk about their employees attitudes towards their customer’s!! This was in my food. I should’ve listened to my husband when he said stop getting chill from here. I was already sick by a virus (husband ordered through drive-thru). This is disgusting & unacceptable! This happened on 3/31 I will be calling the health department tomorrow.

Fries were soggy as hell and burger was sad to look at, the strawberry frosty was the only decent thing I ordered. Overall this Wendy’s is garbage not sure if it’s the employees or management.

Tables and floor littered with trash, discarded food still on tables. Staff just yelled to the restaurant "Order is up" but didnt look at us so no one knew who's order. Overall bad.

The food was great as always. Had to give my order 3 times. Then got my food but had to take it back they still got it wrong. But they did have a lot of new people there. They corrected the issue and it was great. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Somehow there are more bugs inside the store than in the parking lot. Second of all, the place seemed unclean and could use a good wipe down, also there are some people who are really serious about people wearing gloves when preparing food so I would wish that the workers could wear gloves to be more sanitary. The people were good, not the best service, probably because it is nighttime, but definitely have some space for improvement. The food is great and warm, that is the only great experience I had with my experience today. I would come back, but there could definitely be some major improvement that could make my experience a 4 or 5 star.
