The truth is that you will really like good cheeseburgers, spicy chicken sandwiches and hamburgers. A lot of visitors order great lemonade. Food delivery is a big benefit of this fast food. A number of guests find that the staff is cool at Wendy's. Most reviewers say that the service is terrific. There is an enjoyable atmosphere and beautiful fireplace at this place. But this spot hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

I ordered food and upon receiving my food, it was cold. The sodas were warm, no ice and were flat. You literally can see there are no carbonation in our drinks (photo included). And they missed all of my side items, which were very easy, 3 baked potatoes and chili. When I let them know they made me feel like I was lying as the person said “Well we have a light on the machine that tells us when it’s broken, so…” poor service and poor quality. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
Horrible experience. Order one double hamburger. Received a chicken sandwich. When I went back, there were so many cars in line that it took me over 30 minutes to get up to the window for a refund. No apology. Just discontent toward the customer for wanting a refund over the original order. Will never return. It just takes that one bad experience to help determine where I want to spend my money. I don’t typically write reviews, but we waited 30 minutes to get through 6 cars in the drive-thru. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid on the Wendy’s app, I would have given up. When we finally got our food, it was barely warm. Perhaps they were short-staffed, but it seems to be a trend that this location is always slow. I recommend choosing a different Wendy’s location. I have only come to this restaurant a few times, but twice now, I have had the displeasure of Chrystal being the window cashier. You will know she is working because there will be a massive line of cars in the drive-thru with almost no movement. I sat there for about 30 minutes today to get my food, even though there were only about 4-5 cars ahead of me. I ordered 2 Baconators and when I finally pulled up to pay, I heard Chrystal complain a couple times about a different lady at the order box humming the jeopardy song in an effort to get her move faster. "I am not going to go any faster if you sing," Chrystal said angrily. I said nothing but totally understood the reason and need for the jeopardy song. I drove home with my sandwiches, only to realize there was almost no bacon on them...just a few crumbles. (I took photos as proof.) When I called to complain, I heard Chrystal talking to the guy who made them. "He says he put bacon on them," she said. "There are a couple crumbles, not strips like in the pic. Barely any," I replied. (It is called the Baconator because it is supposed to have a lot of bacon on it. 🙄) Chrystal then told me they ran out of bacon and that is why there were only crumbles on there. She said they were making bacon now and asked me to bring the sandwiches back so they could remake them for me. I asked if I could just come back tomorrow, dreading sitting in line for another 20+ minutes to get replacements. She said, "No, you have to bring sandwiches back because my sandwich guy says they had bacon." 😐 Ummmm...didn't we just cover the fact that you ran out of bacon and that is why my sandwiches had hardly any?? But you prefer to call me a liar and make me wait in a 30 minute line to correct your error? 🤔 Uhhhh...no. I told her I would come back, but after hanging up, I decided I would be risking getting spit in my food, given the exhibited level of customer care and service. So I decided to write this review instead. Some people over there either need to get fired or retrained cause no one goes to fast food to wait in a 30 minute line, especially just to have their order effed up and be told to come back. This Wendy’s is notoriously slow. I waited in line for a full hour for a frosty and fries. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told she wasn’t there, even though I could hear her talking to the drive through person. To top it off the fries were cold. The wait at this location is a bit inconsistent, sometimes a 5 car wait can take 20-25 minutes, other times 10 or less. The food is quality (by fast food standards), and consistently prepared the same way. We go here about once a week and have never had a problem with our food. This is a go-to spot for my wife and me when we want fast food. Nothing too surprising about this place, but we like the food and the dining area is surprisingly pleasant and very clean. We occasionally get a missing item or lukewarm fries or an awkward employee, but no more than any other fast food restaurant we’ve been to. 3 days in a row they've completely messed up my orders, the older white lady who's been taking drive through orders, have the nerve to get an attitude and say all of my food should be in the bag When I politely let her know that I was missing some of my order, I had to go inside..Open the bag up for the lady at the counter to see that half of my order was missing. One of the workers in there started yelling at the new girl to hurry up and get my missing items. So rude, so embarrassing for they young girl and unnecessary. Very unprofessional there. Food was great but the fact that the attendant at the counter was telling people "my screen is full, I can't take anymore orders inside so you'll have to go through the drive through" was ridiculous. We were only one group of three in the entire dining are. At least 5 people working and no one had any interest in helping customers. My advice: Go through the takeout lane, that's the only way you'll get any service. Same employee later smirked at another patron saying she can't help them she's on her lunch break but still walked behind the counter at least twice. Don't know why I'm still sitting on the drive thru line. 20 minutes and haven't moved.... what really is the holdup? Is there only one associate working. What's the company doing to the associates to help them staff? Does the company even care that there's a 20-35minute wait?
