Wendy's is pretty near Souther Tide Mill. A lot of people say that waiters offer perfectly cooked chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets and chili here. Clients don't like lemonade at this fast food. Most visitors have noticed that the staff is creative at this place. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, Wendy's is well known for its enjoyable service. You will appreciate reasonable prices. As a number of reviewers affirm, the atmosphere is quiet. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Overall I rate them at 4 stars. The company itself i eat at wendys alot i like thiervfoid when it is consistent and when i get the correctbirder in a timely fashion therevare nit msnybThe food Is not consistent 100% of the time but is more consistent than other fast food restaurants in my area. The staff service is not good, I get the feeling; every single time I go there, that the staff feels inconvenienced by the customer coming thru the drovevthroughnand ordering their meal. Even after being extremely clear and thorough with my order I still have to stop to check it normally find that I'm missing one or items!l, usually a sauce packet that I clearly asked for with my order, and the issue is that staff takes my money hands me my bag vlosed th we window and walk away. Multiple times I have had to sit there and wait to get the attention of staff more then once the very same person who served me and neglected me will eventually come over and try to hand me someone else's food without realizing that I have been there the whole time trying to get someone's attention to ask for the sauce packet I did not recieve. These staff members are all showing the same traits they act like they don't care about the customer! They have barely any common courtesy, no Profesionalism, and clearly no care In the impression they make or the result of their actions and how it negatively affects the company image. They open the window and dont say anything. Just reach out and expect you to pay. They should be saying something at least your total is; xxx and then ensuring you get your entire order and leave before the turn thier backs to you and completely ignore you. The line is sometimes a ridiculous wait, and it is because of what I just explained. The staff should be incentivezed to move the line fast and without error a simple small percent bonus for every order or on an entire shift if the employee makes all of thier goals like getting every vehicle thru thevdrivevthrubin x amount of time without and order mistakes . There's no excuse for anyone not being able to fill a happy meal correctly. The majority of my visits to the southern artery Wendy's in quincy is full of these complaints I have just noted. Although I should be rating this at like we 2 stars. I am considering that it's not easy to get good employees however this is a managers fault a manager is not properly motivating or training this staff and I believe this because this has been an ongoing issue for a long time I'm a very long-time customer here and this has always been an issue here. It's cheap fast food so I don't expect the world but I do expectations receive what I order in a fast and efficient manner and I should. No customer should ever have to wait so long for a sauce packet that they ordered at the speaker box and reminded them at the window. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Stopped by this location today. Witnessed the person boxing fries without gloves and touching the fries with bare hands. I asked what the policy is with regard to wearing gloves while handling food. Was told she didn't have to since she was using tongs. I didn't see any tongs but did see her touching the fries. The only person I noticed wearing gloves was the person preparing the food on the grill. These people need supervision!! We left without ordering.

It's Wendy's, what did you expect? Healthy food that's also tasty? A dedicated waiter/a well trained waiter? I've been there many times, they always have a clean place and service that gets the job done. I recommend it for fast food. The food at Wendy's is always tasty and good. They have the best chocolate chip cookies that are soft and chewy. The burger and fries are delicious. I Drove up to the line in the parking lot which was so long and it was much easier just to go in the service was fast and quick. The woman at the Register was very nice and friendly she took my order as well As a couple of other customers that were waiting. Even though there was a small line inside the restaurant the orders were coming out fast. The service was excellent and the Atmosphere was great 👍 there are seating options Restrooms were clean. In and out fine although line at the drive through was long. Only had one salad option left but still fresh and tasty. Feels like a healthier/nicer alternative to other fast food Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4
