The french fries were as limp as could be. The floor was so slippery that each person in our group had troubles walking without falling. Our group won't be back. Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This is the only wendys with poor service . I’ve waited multiple times in the drive thru longer than 20 mins & my order still wasn’t correct. They have signs up for help but still hasn’t hired anybody . This is ridiculous.

First off, my husband ordered a baconater and did not receive one. We were going to let it slide and not complain. He takes a bite of his burger, and we realize that the meat is raw. As well, I ordered chicken nuggets, and the chicken nuggets were still frozen in the center. Would definitely not recommend. We've been here twice, and both times we received the correct orders. There can be a bit of a wait at the drive-thru window, but the staff have been courteous and professional despite taking a minute to take our order. My first visit at this location. The dining and kitchen areas were super-clean. I tried the featured Ghost Onion Ranch Spicy Chicken sandwich, and it was awesome! The manager came by my table to ask how it was. That's something one doesn't see in fast food places. I will make it a point to return the next time I'm in that area. Could this day get any worse? First, I have a terrible migraine. The only thing I can think of to cheer me up is Five Guys. Then, Five Guys refuses to let us order and so we had to settle for Wendy's (Worst plan B ever!!). Little did we know they were going to COMPLETELY FORGET ALL OF OUR SPICY NUGS!!!! We had to go through the long drive thru a SECOND time for them to give us our nugs. Their frosty also came completely melted and I was able to drink it in 5 seconds. Then we got home and actually started eating. The disappointment just couldn't end. I ordered what I THOUGHT was an avocado BLT chicken sandwich. When I opened it up, it had NO AVOCADO, and only 1 SMALL leaf of lettuce. I will NEVER be eating at this establishment again. The only positive thing was the friendliness of the employees.

It’s literally like they just throw food in the bag. Last time we were given spicy nuggets and this time I specifically asked for no mustard or onions and both got put on burger. I was in the drive thru I counted 28 minutes before I even got to order, and the drive thru is set up to where you’re trapped and can’t escape once you are in. This drive thru is worse than popeyes. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
