I absolutely love spending 50 bucks on an easy bite to get it home, open it up and find that the buns are rock hard and all the chicken has a foul smell. All right this Wendy's is pretty decent, the employees that I've interacted with were very kind and seemed like they were listening to what I order. And the food was pretty good, not the best burger I've ever had, I tried the junior cheeseburger deluxe that's my favorite for sure, I would recommend it. It was lunchtime and I was hungry! Stopped in to Wendy's and dodged all the high schoolers and hit up the drive thru. Got the new Loaded Nacho Burger in a meal. Made it a double, substitute frosty. I enjoy Wendy's! I have always like this location, they are friendly and fast. Any issue I've had they have no problem fixing! I suggest the chicken nuggets they are my go to favorite! I've had multiple other items on the menu and they have all been very good! I'd suggest this place to anyone looking for a sit down snack or a drive thru snack! And I love this year's Frosty Deal! The staff at this location are simply GREAT PEOPLE. I watched as they had to deal with an angry customer and they did so with a smile. I have been to this location three times in a week as I am in town on business for a short bit and every time they go above and beyond. The 2nd day I came in they remembered my order. Same as the 3rd time. Simply amazing Staff that deserve recognition. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Double check your change if you are paying with cash at this location. They have shorted me my change the last 2 times I’ve been through the drive-thru. I went in this time to see the manager who was force feeding a frosty to the girl at the window. I admit it’s probably difficult to count change and be force fed ice cream at the same time. Once the Manager was finished they came over and addressed my concerns. The Manager who seemed equally confused by the math returned my money once I explained how counting change works. Paid with a $50.00 and 2 quarters. Received $36.55 in change. This Wendy's is located in Idaho Falls. I went there for lunch. The food was well made and the service was quick. I'm glad to have a Wendy's nearby my work so I can go more often. I was spretty happy with the service I received there. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

We were craving a burger and some chili, so we came to this location. I'll say I am pretty disappointed. They said the chili wasn't up to temp, like come on its lunch time an the Chilli isn't warm? Has some tears in the seats an they shoved a plastic bag in the rip. The floors are pretty dang dirty, you have a staff member hanging out with her significant other, like you have time to chill, when you should have a freaking mop in your hand. Atleast my burger was good. Fries weren't that good. This location is pretty trashed, an yall just got remodeled? Super binned that I had to ask for fries not darker brown and way over cooked TWICE and I was so given the same ones. Used to be my favorite fries. But I keep getting these results when I came. Bummer. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Ive been pretty disappointed with this specific Wendy's compared to others. The past few times I've been given fries that taste hours old, and today when I came in to eat, every table was extremely dirty and the dining area was in horrible condition, and it wasn't even busy. The only redeeming quality that keeps me coming back is the frosties, but I wouldn't recommend this location. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
