If I could give a 0 star I would! I just spent $50 on food there and called multiple times to complain about my order and of course the phone goes straight to voice-mail every time. I have a food allergy to mayo and they put extra mayonnaise on my food. They messed up my son's food as well. So when my friend went back to get it fixed the manager told her that after the 2nd call with no answer that they should have just went in. So if you want your food messed up and want rude customer service, by all means go to this Wendy's. I sure will not return there and I won't send anyone there.

This is the large fry I got.. none in the bottom of the bag. Unfortunately I already left and didn't have time to go back. I thought they must've fell out in the bag when u checked since they weren't standing up. The fries in the other bag had a decent amount- not to the top but not as bad as this one. Pretty sad

My question. Why did you get rid of VANILLA. The only flavor most people in my family can have. Especially since we have chocolate allergies. WHAT are you thinking!!!
The French fries are so good I dip them in the frosty and you have sweet & salty. The biggie meal is perfect for the kids to share with grandpa. It's hit & miss on the burger one day it's hot next time not so.

Order #3411, spokane valley wa, wendys drive thru. order kids chicken nuggets and two $5.00 biggie bags with crispy chicken sand and nuggets fries, and a large chili. my daughter ate and went home and tummy hurts, puked, hot sweats, went to doctor today food poison. she is having a IV to flush the poison out. i want someone to call me back. this is not right.

I count tell if it was cheese.mayo or puke it was really chunky and discusting also the sausage was over cooked and it was way over priced. On the other hand the seasoned patotos were on point.
Usually pretty good food fast paced and haven't had any food I've had to return yet so that's gotta be a bonus right

Rude curly haired brunette guy in back booth. Did not give me a receipt. Another rude older guy with a darker beard at the 2nd window...possibly the manager. Forgot fries in our meal and absolutely no customer service. Please get a different job if you are so miserable that you can't play nice with customers while you are being paid.

You would think with the increased wages they might be able to make a proper burger. Wendy's used to be good but now they can't cook a burger all the way (seriously pink) and can't seem to figure out how a condiment dispenser works.
Rude employees. I can't stand spending money at places where people that work there are rude. If there's anything that will have me driving all the way to a different place it's rude employees.
