Showed up at one wendy's on goodman at 11:30pm Placed my order want to pay for it. She had took the wrong order. Tried to make me pay for an extra item. I didn't want so I drove off, Then went to the second location on goodman roat eleven 11:35pm I tried to place an order And was told rudely that they were closed. I asked why when the sun says they don't close till. Midnight was rudely toed again We're closed. I asked for the manager she stated. She was the manager. I asked her her name had never heard another word from her!! These two Wendy's Needs to fire They're employees for their piss poor service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$25 for two combo meals, the burgers were cold and the fries were too. Wendy’s was neither hot nor juicy and they act like they’re doing you a favor by serving the cold food. What happened to being cordial and saying thank you or you’re welcome. Get this cold food and get out of here so we can go back to cutting up instead of working. Worst experience at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had, won’t be eating there again for sure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There was no line at 5:30 PM and I was in and out in 5 minutes through the drive through. Food was hot and fresh, I told the lady at the window they were doing a great job and she was very genuine and grateful for the compliment. 100/100 best drive through experience I've had in 20 years. If I could I would give this store zero stars. They are so rude it’s not even funny. They messed up my husband and I’s order and made it seem like my husband and I was crazy for asking them to fix the issue. We will never go back to this Wendy’s. I also think it had to do with my husband and I being a different color than they were it’s ridiculous. What happen to simple customer service? Ordered several items, grilled chicken sandwich was burnt, hard and dry. Said “large frosty” when ordering, got home with a vanilla frosty, up until this point in my life I didn’t even know a vanilla frosty existed. The rest of the food was good and fresh. For $4.79 I expect way more for a grilled chicken sandwich.
