A number of people have noticed that you can drink good lemonade at this fast food. Visitors don't highly appreciate bacon at Wendy's. It's easy to find this place due to the great location. Most reviewers note that the staff is professional at this place. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. You will definitely appreciate the lovely atmosphere. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

I really don't eat at or from Wendy's but decided to take advantage of a promo yesterday which required me to add and use an app. That was a cumbersome process but I ended up going inside the restaurant on W 183rd Street and the person that assisted was so kind and helpful, the headache of the app was a moot point. I am sorry that I did not ask the name of the tall, young, African American male because so many negative comments are made about young men who fit his reputation that I think we should make a big deal when we encounter positive individuals like this young person. He helped me navigate the promo and corrected a minor issue with the app order with upbeat and caring attention. He was like this with his staff and other customers as well. I still recall the appreciation and big grin on his face when I told him he was doing a great job. I hope affirmation like that will inspire this young man to remain encouraged on his job and in the restaurant industry. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

You have to come to this Wendy’s in the morning! I just had there breakfast baconNator and the way they made it here so fresh and so much bacon was the best one I ever had at any Wendy’s I been to ! It sucks because Wendy's is one of favorite chains and it's really close by but this one I actively avoid going to. I once waited in line for around 30 minutes for my food to come around and long wait times is pretty common if Ive gotten it multiple times. The hygiene in that place is also pretty abysmal as you seen from other reviews. The service horrible, the atmosphere is horrible and the only reason Id give it a 2 out of 5 stars on food is because I enjoy Wendy's. Id rather an extra 15 minutes to another location than to go to this one. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
