Not sure what’s the deal with fast food places in this town but they’re all terrible and the service stinks . This Wendy’s is no different. The employees are obviously miserable and act like you ordering is an inconvenience to their life plus the food is always stale looking and tasting. Staff was nice but very overworked due to the lack of missing items. The pop machine barely had any selection of pop (only two), no ice, no utensils including straws. It was a different experience when compared to other locations. 😔

This is the worst Wendy's and restaurant in the Glenwood area. There is CLEARLY no customer service training when hired for this place. Just be prepared for no one in the place to know what they are doing. Your order will always be wrong. They can't even get gift cards right. The manager has NO knowledge of how to get in touch with corporate offices and SHE'S THE MANAGER. She actually told me to Google it.
