I’m so disappointed. Out of all my years of going to a Wendy’s, I’ve never received a salad so displeasing. My chicken was cold and my lettuce was brown as if it was premade and sitting in the refrigerator for days. The blue cheese was hard and the apples were brown and mushy. The new restaurants finally opened. Decided to drop in for lunch. Haven't been to Wendy's in a while. Ordered online so I was sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Got there and true to form. They messed up the order. Left items out. Didn't make sandwiches properly. Fries were ice cold. I ordered a meal deal with a double burger with bacon. No onion had onion. The wife ordered a Dave's single only lettuce, pickle tomato. No cheese or anything else. Came with cheese. My meal deal was supposed to have a large drink and a large fry. I got a small drink and a large fry. The wife's meal deal had medium fry medium drink. She got a large drink and a small fry. I don't know why. I'm surprised. We rarely go to fast food anymore because the service is horrible and the food is just as bad. Hope this helps somebody out. Would not recommend this location. The wife did say the staff was apologetic. But at that point the damage is already done. Food: 2 Service: 2

The clock switched to 1031 while I was placing my order and the menu was still on breakfast I do understand policies and procedures but when it comes to good customer service that should have definitely landed in my favor. Thank God Wendy's makes enough money that losing a customer here and there doesn't affect anything Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered 7 meals & 1 pic sums up the overall poor quality. Sandwiches were ALL packed grossly sloppy (I mean total loss of appetite just looking at it), bacon was cold & RAW on sandwich - thank you Jesus that we caught that before anyone bit into theirs, fries were cold & packed about halfway into the cups. Food appeared to be old. Staff was not very friendly and rushed us through ordering process. Our food appeared to have sat out for several hrs and was not made correctly and we didn't get what we paid for either. We thought that it was in Maumee we would not have these issues as usually the resteraunts out here are always very nice and staff is amazing. Not sure if they were overloaded or what the issue was. Awful walk in service. Staff could not figure out how to take orders correctly or fill them accurately. Waited much to long as they fumbled to figure out what size cup went with what meal deal.
