This place is a far cry from what it used to be when it opened. I used to go there until I discovered how good Culvers was and being in the area today I decided to get my usual and go home. I was the only one in the drive through which should've told me something was up because it was always busy. Anyways I get my food home and notice there's a small pool of grease on my seat right underneath where the bag was sitting. I look at the bottom of the bag and the paper was soaked so much that holes the contents were coming out. I thought a ketchup packet exploded but upon further inspection it was runoff from the burger I ordered. The wrapper my food was in had grease all over it and the bread was soaked. It was absolutely gross. To top it all off they didn't even cook the meat all the way. In the trash it went. I'm not trying to get salmonella poisoning. I see why business has declined and I will never eat or recommend anyone else to eat there again. That's what $14 gets you folks. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1

Y’all mad they busy but you still go there like dang but only two starts because of who you hired to do a construction job they were very unprofessional rude. They didn’t have any signs out that. You couldn’t go in the lobby, but had all the doors open. He was definitely drunk. He was almost falling over he was slurring. You could smell the alcohol on him. My daughter bought me lunch! I had forgotten how GOOD....Wendy's burgers were. My daughter had the chicken sandwich. I gave it a 4.5 in service…they couldn't find the order, even though the app said it was done. And I had to wait another 10 mins while it was put together. Other than that...superb and fantastic. It was really fresh since they were making it right then...hence the 4.5... silver lining. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Oddly, the drive thru had only one car at 1 PM on a Saturday, so I got through quickly. The price seemed quite expensive for what I ordered, but when I got home, it looks like I got large fries and drink when I ordered small, otherwise, the portion sizes are unbelievably generous for a small. If I could give it a negative star I would . We went in tonight to get food and the cashier was rude very rude . She told us she’s closing the dining room so the order better be to go . We were trying to order and she had an attitude for everything we ordered . I was having a side conversation about a restaurant In the plaza she got loud and said excuse me what did you say . I told her I wasn’t talking to her and it was about another restaurant. The manager came to her and said to not take other orders until our damn food was out . My daughter was trying to order nuggets and we were explaining to about the meal and bag meal and the cashier interrupted and said well what do you want like look at the menu there’s a happy meal . My daughter feelings got hurt by her snapping at her . We get the food home and the chicken. Nuggets smell so burnt we can’t even eat any of them ( we got a 10 piece meal , a kids meal and 4 biggie meals which all had nuggets ) we could not eat not one and the smell was so strong as they were so hard . I tried to call the store and they don’t answer . This was the worst experience! Wasted 50.00 and we couldn’t eat ! My kids didn’t eat but the cold fries ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I miss the days where you could dine in and not hear the employees swearing behind the counter. The new remodel looks great, but the chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are too small. Also, what’s with the miniature shovels as spoons? How am I supposed to eat chili with a damn spade? First the buns and burgers got smaller, now the spoons… This was yesterday, today, no one would take my order, so I walked next door to Taco Bell. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's, 3 of the 6 meals I ordered were wrong, my fries were cold by the time we were told our food was ready it had been sitting in front of us cooling off and we had to ask if it was our order. Worst customer service, we will not be back nor will we recommend this location to anyone else. Unacceptable for the price of food these days. Can't rate anything. Waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes and there were 5 cars ahead of me to even place an order. When did it become the norm for businesses to be so inept in daily operations. There is no way with the lobby closed that you can't operate a drive thru efficiently. What an embarrassment for the owners and management

The restaurant was pleseantly clean. The server is nice and friendly as always. Forget their name but they are always awesome. Food was correct. Came out fast for how much we ordered. (Ordered for 5 people) Everyone in my family was super pleased with their meals and temperature. We tried the new frosty cold brew carmel and was good. Sons had pumpkin spice frosty's they like them but to me it was gross as pumpkin spice is trash.
