Hit or miss on the drive thru for quality or correctness. But the last time I went inside, super friendly staff and timely food prep. And everything was correct and delicious!

There was hair in my food. The staff looks poorly groomed and unkept. Poorly managed and the managers and most of the employees don't speak fluent English. Now I go to the Wendy's on Bradford lane. This place is a joke! Workers don't speak English and can't get an order right. Asked for no lettuce and got a ton on the sandwich. Ordered small fries, got and charged for large. Coke tasted like a mix of diet, Dr pepper and cherry. Lady at pickup window spoke total so softly I had to have her repeat it twice before I could hear her. Recommend everyone avoid this restaurant.
