I go to Wendy's in N.Reading sometimes the drive thru is very slow and they mess up your order and unfriendly!! Today was a good. I love when Lisa is at the window.She is so friendly and Always greets you with a great big smile and I knew my order would not get messed up. You need more friendly staff like Lisa. Went there on a Friday night around 8:30pm. I am pretty sure some of the staff where on some kind of drug. Will not be going back. Very. Very strange transaction. The best service I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Food is Wendy’s. The chicken nuggets are crispier than those at Burger King, and McDonald’s even. I have been to this wendy’s two times recently and have been treated horribly. Both times the drive thru workers have been unfriendly and seem unhappy. I would not recommend going to this location unless you want to be ignored and treated poorly. I was out for a drive on route 28 and stopped to get something to eat. The drive thru line was long, but I didn't mind. The person was very friendly and answered all my questions. I got my order exactly how I ordered it. The food was warm. I returned a second time and ordered the pretzel pub sandwich with extra beer cheese. Wow, I loved it!! It was delicious! I got plenty of beer cheese. I live over 10 miles away, but will gladly return because of the friendliest, as well as making my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. The Wendy's close to me no smile and they don't make your sandwich the way you want it. Food is luke warm to cold. Worth the trip!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
