Ordering tasty Baked potatoes, chili and salads is a nice experience here. Guests don't like biscuits and tea at this fast food. Wendy's is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. The atmosphere of this place is comfortable. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

I waited in a long line only to watch cars drive away. That should've been my que to leave as well, but I had a taste for some spicy nuggets. I finally drive to the speaker only to wait another 3 minutes. When I said, "HELLO!" I was greeted with an "OH! my bad". I asked for a spicy nugget combo and a baconator combo with NO cheese and NO sauce. To my surprise when I got home, I bit into cold stale nuggets and a double burger(I asked for a single) with cheese on it. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again. Oh, and if I wouldn't have asked for my other drink, they would've let me drive off without it. Attention to detail is what this place needs along with fresh food! Food: 1 Service: 1

Sorry service. I mentioned to the cashier that someone should tell someone about a pot hole in the parking lot. She said she didn’t know anything about a pot hole.I told her it almost knocked the front end from under my vehicle. She didn’t want to hear about it. They didn’t have any ketchup or ice in the soda machine. The bathroom was filthy. I’ll try and dodge the place next I want something good for lunch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

God forbid you ask someone for fresh food around here its like you are asking jigsaw not to punish you for your atrocities against man. I came through the drive thru for a straight week. And did just that and I got the same result every time even smaller than what I was ordered. I get it its 7/8 o’clock in the morning but is it that hard to get what I am paying for? This only happens with Vincent as well the other lady who is in the window is cheery and I never have an issue and I dont even ask for enthusiasm just fresh seasoned potatos. My family and I went to went to Wendy's on University Blvd. The doors were locked so we had to use the drive through. Movement was incredibly slow. Once we got up to order, someone asked if we were going to use the app. When we said no, no one responded to our call for at least 10 minutes. The driver through was not crowded. Okay usually I’m not the type to leave no review but this location need new employees and management. They were very unprofessional and rude the manager changed the rules to where on the Wendys app you have the option to chose how you would like to get your food I chose drive through and they told me no and to come inside and then my order was not even processed or ready at all, it was just started as soon as I walked in, they didn’t greet me once and one of the employees was a damn girl at that sagging her pants like a fool and smelt and looked awful, and once she threw and slammed the juices on the counter I just told her to gone head and cancel that order, like what the hell you mad for ? As if someone is forcing you to work at wendys, I never understood people who get fast food jobs, customer service jobs and you have an attitude like it’s our fault that you are working here idiot. I don’t know what is going on but they should not be said to be “open” if you can’t even order. I tried to go through the drive thru, an employee came out and said it didn’t work. So I placed a mobile order and go inside to pick it up (I should have gone inside to just order and that’s my fault) and the door was locked. So, I don’t know if they’re open or not, also I never got my money back and never received a follow up call about it. I advise people to not go to this location! Please get better management!

*this is in no way to reflect negativly on the employee who was doing her absolute best and was working her butt off* It is unacceptable that a poor sweet girl was staffed in there alone at night. It was super busy and she looked exhausted and overwhelmed and like she was about to cry or just cried. Aside from being stressful and overwhelming it is a HUGE safety issue to expect a woman to work alone at night in a building until after 2 am!! I asked her if they had staffed her like that on purpose and she said “a bunch of people just quit” I CAN SEE WHY! she had been doing this for days already and she’s going to be doing it for the rest of this week! My food was fine and she got it out as quick as she could. There was a huge line- That sweet employee deserves a medal because I know people have probably been rude or impatient with her and I hope this can be rectified! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

My bad review is for the service. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. No one responded. I pulled to the window and sat for another 10 minutes. I could see the employees come and go and chat and laugh but they made a point to never look at the drive thru window. I honked my horn to get someone's attention and the older lady through her hands up and shouted hold on. I pulled off. There no chance in hell I'll eat food from this store and no chance in hell I'll go back. Thanks but no thanks. This store is doomed. This particular Wendy's has struggled to meet expectations for years now. -More often than not, they are out of common items (including chocolate Frosties, spicy chicken nuggets, JBC, etc). Sometimes they tell you up front, other times you have to attempt to order it before they tell you they don't have it. -The quality of the food is inconsistent: sometimes it's cold (fries/nuggets/sandwiches) or stale tasting (bread), other times it's fine. -There is often just one person working later at night taking orders and preparing food, so it takes a very long time (not their fault, definitely a staffing/management issue). -The inside is kind of gross and dilapidated. You can tell someone tried to cheer it up with flowers on the tables, which was a nice touch. However the single TV playing soap operas that skipped and lagged didn't add anything to this awkward ambiance. -Upon my most recent visit, I placed a mobile order for pickup inside. It was nowhere to be found at the mobile order station. After standing there for a while with no service, I finally asked about it and it hadn't even been started yet. The cashier knew nothing about what my order consisted of, despite being on the printed receipt, and I had to ask twice to ensure I had all of my items (it was missing the Frosty, had the wrong size of fries, and did not include the sauce I requested). The cashier was very nice but just clueless. The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes, and I could've just sat in the drive-through line and ordered on the spot in the amount of time it took to wait. Why bother with offering mobile ordering if it's not a reliable option? Will I keep coming back? Probably, because Wendy's is my favorite fast food and this location is close to my house.
