This recent visit was so bad I will not go back here. Ordered two $6 Biggie bags and a chicken sandwich. They handed me one single medium sized bag with everything stuffed inside. I asked for the kid to put it into separate bags and he refused to. He was holding the bag out the window so I took it but never brought it into the car. The other employee, a female asked what was wrong. I told her and she said "sorry we're not allowed to take it back from you." That is ridiculous. You are not allowed to take anything from me like garbage or old cups and stuff, not your own food that never even entered my car. Anyway, then the other kid tells me to "have a nice day" and closed the window on me. I didn't even have the drinks yet. The girl gives me the drinks and the kid yells to me to "have a nice day" again and closes the window again. I get home and am missing an order of nuggets, one straw and napkins. I absolutely called and just got a lame, very unsatisfactory response from the female that answered the phone and said that she was the manager. All this was AFTER sitting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. This locations drive thru service at night has become stupid slow. The don't greet you. You sit several minutes or they do say hi and ask you to wait. They interrupt when ordering instead of listening. Then I have to repeat myself sometimes more than once. I worked at wendys for roughly 2 years and know how easy of a job it is and how easy it is to treat customers with respect. I asked for a coke no ice at the order box and then I get my coke at the window with ice and its not a big deal but i ask if i could do no ice and the manager at the pickup window was told me to ask the the order box in the future which i did and then handed me my drink with just the ice taken out of it and soda dripping down the side of the cup. Well, Wendy's is kind of my go to fast food restaurant. However, you will never find yourself disappointed when it comes to the quality of food.. Also, with this location on Sullivan the service was friendly and quick. Teresa went out of her way to make sure that i went away a satisfied customer....superior customer service....Same old wonderful food. Just a different location. Love and hate relationship with Wendy's. This post falls store in particular really is inconsistent regarding food quality. I've had good meals here and then some of the worst as well. Dave and Theresa are amazing! They are seriously the sweetest! Went for my lunch break today and Dave is very friendly and personable; makes you laugh the whole time. Theresa has stellar customer service and makes you laugh just as much as Dave does. These two employees deserve a 5 star raise! Food is the same quality that they suppose to bring out. Nothing much I can say for that. They have the best staff out there specially Margarette(I think that's her name) she's so friendly, sweet and fun to talk with. Clean place. And foods are always fresh.
