This was such a delicious and surprising experience! I stopped by just looking for a scallion pancake and I ended up enjoying one of the best scallion pancakes I’ve ever had and having a lovely chat with the wonderfully kind family who has been running this shop for 20 years.
the pancake itself is fluffy and crispy with a dough they hand-make themselves. they add an egg and a generous serving of fresh scallion and basil from their garden. you can add sauce, dried scallion powder and dried basil powder (that they sun dry and process themselves!!)
They invited me to sit down and eat on the bench at the front, but it felt like i had been invited into someone home the way they treated me so hospitably! it was such a warm experience for such a simple yet special snack.
they also have a small mart you can buy essential items, drinks, and snacks at if you want to direct money toward a local family business vs the Family Mart across the street…
highly recommended everyone to stop by and enjoy a taste of their hospitality and craftsmanship!!

加蛋45蔥油餅很好吃，很脆但是完全不油膩
老闆們很暢談人很好，蔥自種的超級粗壯好吃很香，裡面有加九層塔所以很香，小辣自炒的很香不會太辣，大辣是朝天椒很辣很香，剛好人少的時候買，跟老闆聊天讓我們自己加辣，大辣配小辣超香的啦，已連吃兩天，建議可以兩個都加
大推！！！

看起來純樸的鄉下小店，結果蔥油餅好好吃喔。可能是因為九層塔和蔥都是自己種，新鮮現採的。餅皮吃起來也不會很硬，而是酥脆好嚼，真是讓人印象深刻。

旅程途中google找到了翁記蔥油餅，看了評價決定要嘗試。
沒讓我失望，蔥油餅很香很好吃，餅皮鬆脆又厚，口感很好，不會吃到一半變軟軟的，蔥跟九層塔都是老闆自家種的，還加了自製的九層塔粉跟蔥粉。
老闆很nice，非常非常推薦👍🏻

餅皮外酥內軟，老闆很大氣加了不少的九層塔，九層塔自己種的，香氣濃郁。
