I was assisted by a gentleman (I believe his name is Omar from what I heard him say) this past weekend and he was super nice and greeted me with a smile. No because I waited for like 10 minutes and the whole time they just kept walking by and ignoring me. Costumer service was a 0 stars. After I ended up taking my business to the Cinnabon next store and there service was much better

I arrived 40 minutes before closing, and requested an order for a jalapeño/pepperoni pretzel and the employees refused to make it claiming they were not making them anymore. However just as they said that I witnessed the employees making one in the process and asked why they were making that one but not mine and they said it was “for an order”, sadly they denied me but made one for another customer. It was a humiliating experience and I hope the company as a whole does not discriminate. I asked for their names and they refused to give me them until I threaten to call corporate. If corporate is reading this please please train your employees Daisy and Ashley to treat every customer the same I simply worked hard all week and came on my day off for my favorite snack yet I was denied it’s very sad that cruel people like that exist who discriminate.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I come to Brea mall a lot and every time I’ve come they never have ANY items of the mini meals. Last time some lady cut the line and the associates saw her do this and still just helped her. They’re just so unorganized and under stocked.

Had the worst experience here. Ordered a jalapeno cheese melt pretzel and an almond crunch pretzel. they had the audacity to change my order. Without letting me know they were out of the jalapeno cheese melt pretzel, they took my order, and without even asking me just decided to replace my order with a regular salted pretzel and a jalapeno cheese sauce on the side with no almond crunch pretzel. WHILE CHARGING ME FOR MY ORIGINAL ORDER WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE. Worst part is when we talked about the issue, none of the workers even bothered to apologize. Even when I asked for a refund, it took a solid 10mins for them to find my receipt because they never gave me one in the first place. ridiculous how you guys run this place.

Food is a 5 star, but customer service here is horrible. Ordered 2 things of dog bites and was told it'd be a 30 min wait. I waited over 90 min before they started actually making any.I came up in 30 min intervals to ask if they had them ready and got the same response every time "they'll be ready in 30 min." If I was told ahead of time that it'd be an extended wait, I would have ordered something else. Next time I'm going to Main Place Mall's Wetzels Pretzels since I know Brea Mall's service is atrocious.

They charged me over $10 dollars for 2 regular drinks and then refused to give me a refill, poor costumer service as well.

I love this place and we love the pretzel bites but my sister and I are currently in line to order some and we saw them take a wetzel dog out of the pretzel bite bin. We’re vegetarian. Not only is that harmful to us but that is cross contamination and extremely unsafe and gross. We won’t be getting the bites again.

All staff was in back for several minutes while customers stood there unacknowledged. The customer ahead of me complained nothing was fresh, my order was okay. The nacho cheese is so gross, it must literally be Kraft mac n cheese powder mix rehydrated and pre-packaged.

Terrible. Long wait. Only 2 employees working while extremely busy. They stopped taking orders for about 15-20 mins and ignored as if the line weren't here. We were mot served until about 35 mins or greater waiting. Disappointed and wont be coming here anymore.
