The food is delicious! We ordered the “Surf and Turf”, the coconut crusted cod and finally as a dessert, the bread pudding. The plates are well served and the presentation is good. The cod comes with a really hot sauce, so I suggest you order it as a side in order to avoid suffering 😅🥵. The pudding is warm💕and tasty. I hope you can have a nice experience there as we did and enjoy the peaceful view. I came to this restaurant 6 years ago for my birthday and everything was super! We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The food for our party of 6 was excellent. Today we returned for my birthday. We hesitated because of less than favorable reviews, but came anyway. Needless to say, it was just as wonderful as our first visit 6 years ago. The staff was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and drinks. The food was plentiful and delicious. The steak was tender, juicy and cooked exactly as we ordered it. The crab cakes were full of crab and not breading. The drinks were perfect! Our only recommendation would be to use fresh flowers on the tables instead of artificial, but that’s because my partner was a floral designer and we notice things like that. The lights and atmosphere make it a happy place to dine, especially when it’s a rainy day. Keep up the excellent work! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here for our 6 year anniversary for the first time. We did not make a reservation and wanted to sit outdoors. The hostess expressed they were all reserved but verified all upcoming reservation and managed to squeeze us in. The food was absolutely delicious. Their sweet chili calamari, whipped feta, braised boneless short rib and roasted cauliflower were cooked to perfection and tasty. To top it off we received a gift card in honor of our anniversary. Everything was excellent! We had a beautiful table overlooking the Great South Bay, we always make sure we get a seat upstairs when available. All the food was amazing. I personally got the lobster avocado toast which was Great! Of course I had to try a little bit of everyone’s meal. The ribeye steak and eggs and whalers eggs Benedict were also wonderful. The wait staff were all very attentive and helpful, they were able to answer any questions we had about the menu as well. Overall, I would say this is one of my favorite restaurants around and I always recommend people to come for brunch and dinner. Food is good as the view! From the appetizers to desserts, everything was wonderful. So many options on their menu & the lunch menu has a delicious burger. They definitely have more seafood options and my only wish was that they added some more additional alternatives options on their dinner menu. Of world place has a great vibe, food, drinks, & view. Where do I start… we planned a rehearsal dinner for my son and future daughter in law . Kelly made everything so easy . We had a fixed menu dinner which we altered slightly to our liking. From the drinks to the appetizers , the dinner and dessert everything was exceptional . Whalers is beautifully decorated all year round. It has a cozy and natural vibe. The staff is amazing! What I love the most is everything came out at the same time. There was no disappointments at all . Definitely book your next special occasion dinner here you won’t be disappointed. And if you happen to be sitting at the bar and see a gentleman named Wayne, tell him, Mike and Ann said hi! We will definitely be back. Thank you Kelly for making everything so perfect !!! Service and atmosphere was great. The food was good. Baked clams were delicious. Crab cake sandwich was good but the fries were over cooked. Hot Lobster roll was ok nothing special. The place is definitely inviting and has a wonderful atmosphere. Cocktails were great, food even better. Jenifer the manager/owner came to our table and greeted us. She did that with all the customers. That was really impressive. Cue the server did his best but you can tell he had too much to handle. He made a few errors that needed to be corrected.
