A bit on the expensive side. However an Incredible restaurant. Wonderful waiters and fantastic owners. Food is very yummy. Only issue is being charged for take away boxes even when just ordering take away pizzas for home. We paid over R100 just for the boxes to hold our already R300 pizza. D

We had two great meals at What U Want. Our first meals were the specialty pizzas, and both were good. I had the Mexican pizza, which included some tasty peri peri. On our second visit, my wife and I both got the chicken, which had some nice local spices. The beer was also reasonably priced.
This is a top pasta place (and I dont mean just in Tofo!)
The food is extremely good and the service is on point. This restaurant became our "go to" during Tofo trip.

The food here was decent. They suggested this massive crab for an appetizer. I love crabs and was super excited. However the crab wasn't that seasoned and we got offered garlic sauce (chopped garlic in oil) and tartar sauce (???) in the picture. The crab was a mess to eat and reapply hard to get rid of the shells as we only had small appetizer plates. The waiter was helpful and opened the crab and cracked the claw for my dad. The pizza was delicious! Thin crust, fully cooked, and well seasoned. I would suggest cleaning out the brick oven between pizzas as the bottom just had burnt flour all over it.
The main star of the show was dessert which was lemony, fluffy, and delicious! Not to mention that it was practically an ice cream sandwich! Yum.
Giving 3 stars solely for the crab and weirdly burnt bottom part of the pizza. Otherwise the food was tasty and properly cooked.
Really good Italian food at reasonable prices. Offering pizza, pasta, sea food, chicken, salads plus more. Owner run restaurant in a quiet side street. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, cold beers, hot coffee. Clean toilets. 2min walk from main tofo beach
