Worst Whata around. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Whoever the short Hispanic manager is should not be employed as a manager at all. FAILURE to provide upon request most recent health inspection report… truly unacceptable behavior for an employee of this managerial position. Upon request of said health inspection report, I was ORDERED to leave the establishment and THREATENED to have police contacted if I would not leave… As a long time supporter of whataburger I am truly shocked and appalled with this woman’s behavior. It was supposed to be my first time trying this place as per my boss's non decision making day. We went to the drive thru placed order waited awhile for it and when we got home to supposedly enjoy but they F%$kd it up as they gave us the wrong one (Julies order) . 😑😠. Honestly I don't get the hype! It tasted like Wendy's to me which is fine by me...but nothing to wait like we did for. 🙄🤔😑 Yep so definitely not going back. Was a good experience at Whataburger, although not perfect, still above average. My dine-in order was slightly wrong, but the manager without hesitation said "I'll fix it right away" and within about 5 minutes I had exactly what I ordered, hot and fresh. The food was GREAT, and despite the hiccup, the overall experience was 5 stars. The staff was very friendly, not just to me, but every customer that walked in the door. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Avoid this place in the morning. Girl with the shaved hair is rude and combative. Too much conversation thru the speaker, zero customer service skills. If you don't like your job, then quit. The food, however, is better than average. Or at least was when I went. Forgot my orange juice, didn't want to be there for another second. Didn't bother to mention it. Decided to go here instead of the on by Walmart on el Dorado. It’s about the same distance but I was hoping less crowded. It was. Only a table of 5-6 inside and probably 4 cars in front of me. After I ordered I waited close to 15 minutes before getting to the window. I paid and was asked to pull forward and to the right to wait on my food. Ok, no big deal. About a minute later the guy walked out with my order, just 2 burgers, fries and drinks. Easy. Drive about 8-10 minutes to the house. We sit down to eat and find soggy fries and cold burgers. If they were so slammed that I had to wait as long as I did you would think the food would be HOT right? … another disappointing trip to Whataburger. Worst experience ever and I’ve been here a few times the wait is ridiculous and the food is cold and they always forget something All my kid was looking forward to was the cookie I requested for her kids meal and they couldn’t even do that right. We go here out of convenience due to the location but I will never come here again Disappointed one too many times. I rather take my chances at McDonald’s. This is by far the slowest fast food place. Waiting more than 30 minutes for my order, not just that , but there were multiple people from the drive trough coming inside to complain as well. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Amazing service. Waited 10 minutes for an online order on curbside and an addition 20 minutes inside. Got told by an employee "they are making it for you" just to switch to "I'll find it for you" and lastly my favorite "ohh we never got that order". I showed them my receipt and they had some complication on their end. Employees making comments such as "best fast food in the area" and laughing while customers were waiting inside to order. Manager spoke to me but never acknowledged or said I'm sorry for the wait just went on about her business. Customers were not their business apparently.
