Gave my order to someone else! I think the person in charge got pissed at them when i heard someone yell "you gave away the wrong order". Bout 15 ppl working there and still mess up, come on!! Ppl please check your orders before you drive off. This isnt our first time dealing with this and in different locations, n i bet im not alone. What happened to Wataburger when it became corporate owned?

I ordered gravy with the chicken bites and added a honey mustard and jalapeño ranch and only got the honey mustard. I also asked for spicy ketchup and only got regular ketchup. Now I know to check the bag before I leave. If you don't have a certain item, maybe don't charge me for it and hope to get away with it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I definitely do not recommend ordering on the app and going through the drive-through because you will get your food and still wait. Another 15 minutes in line just so everybody else can get their food while yours gets cold. I’ve had my food for 15 min. Requested fresh chicken bites and employee emphasized they only drop chicken bites when customers place order. I knew differently but didn't bother to tell her, five minutes later my oder arrives and they are premade chicken bites. They were lightly warm like they were under heat lamp. I told the employee about my request and she seemed upset. Okay you all messed up on my order but I get the attitude? Ridiculous! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
