According to the guests' opinions, Whataburger is famous for its spectacular service. Tasty food at good prices are provided here. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

This location has been remodeled, and it’s absolutely disgusting 🤢! The buns were steal, the meat tasted old, and the veggies were brown. In the pictures you can also see that the grease they are cooking in is OLD❗️We didn’t enjoy our food at all. We also noticed there was food on the kitchen floor, and this place truly needs a visit from the owner, to get things in order. The customer service is careless, and this is the MOST frustrating and disappointing thing we noticed. They do wear blue gloves for protection, and I do understand that. The problem is, they touch those same gloves with the food, when taking orders, exchanging money, opening doors, giving customers their cups, wiping the counters, etc. That is so unsanitary, and can you imagine all the germs 🦠 that they are spreading ⁉️⚠️ We definitely won’t be back here, Westworth Village is so much better in food taste, customer service, and overall cleanliness. This is a good location. Not great like the one in Azle. But the food is good. This restaurant for being a newer location just seems already warn down. 5-10 minute wait for an employee to ask what I would like to order. Everytime. And for $10+ meals you would expect the food to be decent. It's not. If you order anything other than a burger (even fries) expect to wait another 5-10 minutes. Literally the worst service at a fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. This was a location I visit regularly, but always in the morning. I had just returned from a trip and needed a late nite meal. I was having a problem with the app, but the employees didn't even acknowledge the issue. Three employees were standing near the register, but someone in the drive thru had to ask them to wait on me. They didn't ask me if they could help me, they just looked at me. When they brought me my box of food, I thought it was lighter than normal. It was missing the gravy, and the fry box was a little more than half full. One piece of chicken was about 3 inches long. The chicken was hot and fresh, but the fries were lukewarm. I have never left here without having to either A.) Correct my order before I leave or B.) Be disappointed when I get home. This time around drink was wrong, and I had to ask for an item before I drove off because it was forgotten- and was met with attitude. It isn’t that hard 😕. Do better! 5 employees walked past the front counter, and none of them even acknowledged me. I waited another 30+ seconds for a young lady to ask, without looking in my direction, if my order had been taken. I was picking up an online order. Horrible customer service!! These kids need to be (re-)trained that if a guest can see you, you need to at least greet them, and let them know somebody will be there to help them momentarily. I don't know what it is with this location but the food was cold when we got it. They have something against dips there because they dont ever give you any even though you ask. Literally have to go inside and ask for fries or gravy or something because it's missing even though it's part of the meal. Which good luck with that because youre lucky if they acknowledge you. It's not worth waiting the 45 minutes for your food. Just don't waste your money or time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I normally avoid the closest whataburger in my area because I get tired of complaining about cold or refried French fries and cold hard buns for my burger but my wife wanted a sausage tequeta so I thought I could get in and back quiok. No... Saturday morning at 2am, you'd think the springbreak and club crowd would be backing up the drive-thur... no, it was a delivery truck. Parked, walked in and was told, "We don't have tortilla. " Three hours into breakfast menu, you don't have tortillas. So I ended up going back to blue mound. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
Old fries. They let them sit in the warmer for 10+ minutes and the use them in orders. Note to restaurant: Throw away old food. Don’t serve your customers old food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
The first time this location mussed up our order, we were shorted a burger and were directed by uber eats to contact the store since all we wanted was our food. The store manager could care less and we ended up letting it go because we did not care much for the hassle. Fast forward to this time, the order we received was not even our order. Now we are talking $40 worth of food so we take the order to whataburger ourselves to get our dinner. The manager on duty said they would not give us the food we ordered due to order being a "large" amount. I'm like no way, we paid, we didn't get our food, just give us our food. And it's like three meals so not necessarily a "large" amount except for the fact that whataburger's prices are pretty crazy at this point. The manager on duty then called the store manager, Jesus Lozano, who then continued to refuse to give us the food we ordered stating that "it was the third party's fault". Here's the thing though, it's all their fault and we were the ones to take the hit. Not only are we out the $40, we did not get any food. And, we have to jump.through hoops to try to get a refund. The right thing to do was to just give us our food, apologize for the mix up and move on. Not cool Whataburger. Not cool. Boo on you and your cruddy management. I feel sorry for your employees who are not taught to do the right thing consistently and feel sorry for the neighborhood you are in for having terrible representation. Kudos to In and Out to save the evening. Much better prices, happier employees, better customer experience vibes and much, much better quality of food. Never again whataburger.... last straw.
