Manager" Richard Reyna" was very polite and top of the game. Super busy ,like 8 cars deep in drive thru but it moved as expected. Food was fresh, and more importantly hot. Young lady at window was nice. Sorry didn't get her name. Extremely dissatisfied not the first time but the second time and definitely won't have a 3rd. Placed online order for pick up! Was supposed to be ready at 2:15am got there at 2:13am was told to wait in lane B for my order it wasn't until 2:34am that I received my order. I get home and the buffalo chicken sandwich looked disgusting. Went back to the restaurant and the cook gave the manager attitude saying when he made the sandwich it looked fine! Waited 30 mins for our food, just to get it and it be cold. Was missing a drink and sauces, but when they brought out the food the person walked away so fast I couldn't even tell them. Burgers had minimum sauce, and the chili cheese fries were more like fries with a side of chili. Not going back to this store again. Purchased a #12 and is was not supposed to have tomatoes. They even gladly added onions to the burger when it's not even supposed to have onions.... For the kids meal burger, I asked for cheese and extra pickles. They literally just put 1 pickle on the burger and didn't place the cheese on it. I would have done the survey but they didn't provide a survey code. The inaccuracy of my order makes me comprehend why they don't provide the survey code.

I went to get the kids an after school meal, I ordered a crispy pico de Gallo chicken sandwich, pico de Gallo on the side. I was tiny and skimpy lol. Everyone else got a good meal. I won't be ordering this again, I will stick to my #5 no onions :)

Whataburger just isn't what it used to be. I was super excited because we've been dieting and I hadn't had it in a long time. My burger was falling apart and did not come out the way I ordered it. Do better.
