Don't hate when you go thru the drive thru get food and get all the way home. To realize they messed up your order. Like who want to drive 2 miles back just to get bacon we paid for and wasn't on the burger. My girlfriend was highly upset. She also said the burger and fries weren't fresh. Sure would be nice if your app worked!!! Does well in sending PLENTY of notifications but when it comes time to scan it to get my points....nada!! Also...why bother asking if I want any condiments... I say I want at least 3 ketchups...I get home and NOT EVEN ONE IN THE BAG!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a salad and chili cheese fries. Only got the salad. Tried to go inside sign stated dining open all day, but door was locked with a crowd of people inside. Employees just looked out the window at us. There was a long line in the drive thru wasn't about to wait another 15-20 minutes for chili cheese fries... I don’t expect food to taste good when I order late night at places but I could tell the food here was made fresh and hot! Very delicious, Not to mention they also gave me my ranch dipping cup unlike the other locations I’ve been to that always forget. This is a 5 star location, whoever is managing this place keep it up! Outstanding Whataburger location. Excellent employees...they all speak English and possess outstanding customer service skills. They also have a dedicated employee who cleans the dining area, fountain drink area, the restrooms, and the outside grounds area. Very impressive. Well well well. Whataburger is AVERAGE. It is NOT better than McDonald’s, nowhere near as good as Shake Shack or In and Out. Whataburger is slightly better than Burger King. Definitely not missing anything living in Missouri without it. 3.4/5

Yes, I'm back here again after a few days. Yes I saw the chili burger advertisement on the building at the last location I was in and yes, I fell for the marketing of "NEW". 🥹 This a heavy boy, The burger is two beef patties with two slices of American cheese layered with Whataburger's own beef chili, crunchy corn chips, tangy mustard and crisp onions piled high on a toasted five-inch bun, I subtracted the mustard and added Bbq sauce. 🍗🍔🌶️ This is not a burger you eat in the middle of the week. This is not something you eat then just go on back about your day like it never happened. This behemoth of a fast food burger will slow you down and make you consider some healthier choices. . Call this for short the HumbleBurger. The chili on this burger is great, it's not spicy but it gives a great impression that it might become spicy. I can’t say enough about the Manager and Asst Manager at this location! We went to place a large order for a Celebration of Life reception because my deceased sister loved Whataburger! They were so kind and understanding of how we wanted to honor her memory and provided us with everything we needed to make her reception special. If I had to do this all over again, I would go back to this Whataburger location again! They are super and everything turned out beautiful! Thank you a million times over and God bless!
