My food was old and cold. I ordered a large fry, but was given a medium fry in a large fry box. I used to work at Whataburger, so I know when if my food is fresh or not by just looking at it. The patty on my burger had been sitting on the side for at least a good 15 minutes before being put back on the grill to be halfway nuked. The cheese would have melted if the patty was fresh. I came in around midnight tonight for a late night shake and I have NEVER had a better experience than I did tonight. The cashier Joy was SUPER friendly, she made sure to greet everyone coming in the door (very enthusiasticly I might add). I haven't been to this location in a while bc I've had bad experiences but her attitude honestly made my night. She was awesome!
