At 4pm, there were 4 dine-in customers in the restaurant. There were 10 employees working, but the lobby was filthy. Every table was dirty and floors needed cleaned, but half of the staff were laughing and joking behind the counter. Fries were cold and soggy; very under cooked. I have a low bar for fast food service, but this place is exceptionally horrible. A dozen employees on the clock and only one is putting in the bare minimum, while the rest walk around faking tasks. I even had to remind the girl giving me my order that I haven't even paid after sitting by myself in the drivethru for 20 minutes for her to hand me stuff I didn't order. The girl that was supposed to be working the window was doing a terrible job hiding around the corner out of camera view. NEEDS NEW (or any) MANAGEMENT. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great hamburgers, cheese burgers and chicken strips. Really everything is good at Whataburger. Just like everywhere else, if the fries aren't fresh they aren't very good. I like their salads, they just don't give you a lot for the price in my opinion, but their dressing is the bomb. They had some kids doing burnouts in their parking lot, which made it difficult to give my order. I told the person at the drive-through window about it, and he ignored me and turned his back. Come to find out, the kids doing burnouts knew the employees, and all of them were joking about it at the counter. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Busy location. Clean, yet maintenance not kept up. Not a friendly atmosphere inside, so I chose to go through the drive-through. The line moved at a good pace. The person working the window, of course, was very busy and not very friendly. Not really responding even to good morning or simple courtesies. But doing a good job. My Tequito and hashbrowns were OK, barely warm. It is used to be our favorite Whataburger. Could have been an off day. 😊 Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

This Was My 1st At This Location I Came Here Mr. David Took My Order, And He Has Great Customer Service With A Good Sense Of Humor. The Staff Was Nice, Food(Hot) Came Our Fast As Expected, And They Got My Order Right. The Place Was Clean, Music Was Jamming, And The Waitress She Was Nice That Brought My Food . I tried for 3 years to get to one of these locations as I heard it was one of the best burgers around in Texas. I live in Canada so only get down to Texas a few times a year. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed by getting a sludge of a burger. Squished stale bun heavily coated in mustard and not any of the higher end mustard either. As soon as I picked it up the amount of grease running off it was alarming. The 2 patties were smashed together and under cooked. Lack of fresh toppings and any flavours were over shadowed by the overwhelming taste of mustard. The onion rings were done well but lacking in quantity. The overall cleanliness was also subpar and place has a worn and sticky feel to it as did the booth where I sat. This location needs a remodel and better management to survive. I will never be returning to this franchise again as there are just too many better choices available.

Mobile ordered a breakfast taquito from 9 miles away for carry out. I got to the store and it was locked at 8AM. A worker was sitting at a table amd just points to I assume the drive through, so I wait behind 3 cars to tell them I have a Mobile order, kinda defeated the purpose. Pulled around and waited in the B lane until they brought it out. Order was correct but if carryout isn't an option take it off the app, I've seen other stores grey out options that aren't available. Tried again 9/25/22 messed up order by adding cheese then took an additional 12 minutes ti fix the issue that they caused. Just terrible.
