Went there for my Birthday, food was good & the cashier was very helpful since am not a "computer savvy" she helped me place my order "on line!" Thanks!! I've run into a few issues with the food being made here but they are quick and happy to correct them. It can get a little dirty in the dining area late at night so just be wary. People up front had a smile on and the manager here is super friendly. I got good service at this Whataburger having ordered a burger, fries, and Coke. The cashier greeted me as I walked in, took my order very correctly, and did not press for menu add-ons--something that I really appreciated. Most of the tables were clean and the meal was served as ordered and in a reasonable amount of time. I did not check out the restrooms. All in all, I felt the prices were reasonable considering what meat prices are like right now. I would definitely visit this sight again and appreciate the service I received. OMG this is the best Whataburger ever! Great service and hot food ! We were actually really surprised thinking it was just gonna be like normal fast food but honestly this has been the greatest experience. The food was soo delicious and so hot it was great! The food is decent but I’ve never seen such a comical operation. I would have to work to be that slow. I’ve never gotten out of this Whataburger in less than 30 minutes with my food. They need to start giving their staff free coffee or something. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service is a 0 - non-existent. I went inside today to pick up a to go order and received no acknowledgement from the person at the register. Just stood there until the manager finally saw me. Drive through is always beyond slow, and the employees are rarely friendly. The food is iffy. Honestly, it's probably the worst Whataburger I've been to between the bad food and horrible customer service. Go to the one in Kemah. Whomever is Kelly on this current shift needs to be talked to or something. I have never seen an employee at this Whataburger act so unprofessional. Ordered a double with jalapeños, cheese, and bacon, large. Got a double with double cheese and jalapeños, medium. Kelly was acting like I was a problem the second I pulled up to the drive through window, even with a simple order. Rushed me for payment. Kelly needs a life-check. The nice lady Jessica who was working tonight was the best. She held that whole place down, she was the only one taking orders and making food and drinks while training new people and she still got it done fast. Incredibly slow drive through. Almost 30 minutes long. By the time I got my food and parked I noticed a hole in the cup that had already soaked my cupholder and seats. I went in and asked for another drink and was met with some pretty pathetic customer service from the cashier asking why I'd bring the cup back inside and make a mess like they didn't just make a mess all in my truck.
