Toms River has the absolute best staff. Super helpful for us vegans who just want a quick fast food meal like everyone else. Our Impossible sliders are always fresh, and the fries hot and delicious. I have been coming to this location for years, it’s always a nice experience. I have never had a problem at this location. I typically get cheese sliders with mozzarella sticks and an orange Hi-C drink. The food is the same as any White Castle! The prices are not bad at all, and they have a Freestyle machine so there are a lot of drink options. Many options for vegetarians as well. Haven’t been able to walk in a White Castle in over 20 yrs they took them out of Philadelphia was on a trip to seaside heights and had to make a stop there before returning back to the city & very clean great customer service. Went for the wife's taking out the Husband's Valentines Dinner... The burgers are small and very tasty and the service was great.. But White Castle will always be a White Castle. This white castle has the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly and the order came out perfectly. Keep up the good work! Bought 20 burgers, 15 cheeseburgers and 5 hamburgers. I didn’t know that they included ketchup on all of them! Don’t like White Castle with ketchup! They told us at the drive through window it would take a while because they didn’t have burgers available and had to make some. It was at 11:30 pm. Well needless to say our visit here at this location was very overwhelming and was tricked into the wait time on our order...We had a 5:45 pm pick up which was placed at 5:30pm and the cashier didn't tell us that it would be another 30mins of wait time upon our arrival...Bad timing for sure...Do not go to this location ever on superbowl sunday...Absolutely a disaster putting orders together and the dinning rm was a total disaster with people waiting for there orders Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Service: 1

What a mess. Ordered 5 mozz sticks, which is supposed to come with marinara, and somehow got 4 sticks with no sauce. When I asked if marinara no longer comes with sticks, the foreign lady got an attitude and threw a pack in my bag. They did NOT address the trouble counting to 5 though.
