Consistently awesome. During my annual Japan trip this year, I dined at Whitely a second time. Sunny day in Dec, with temperatures in the upper 60s.
My review from last year is still valid; this just adds to it.
AMBIANCE: 4.0. Inside and outside seating. Japanese lazy beach music was playing. We sat outside.
SERVICE: 5.0. Very helpful, just like last year.
FOOD: 5.0.
- Chicken vegan burger: 5.0. Outstanding, better than any vegan burger I have been able to find in the US.
- Salad (just lettuce): 4.5. Very fresh with unheavy seasoning.
- Fries: 5.0.
HOUSE-MADE COLA: 5.0. Very refreshing taste, with less caffeine and heaviness than branded cokes.

- Vegan burger: 5.0. Very good, with very fresh lettuce and tomato. Best non-meat burger I have had, and better than most of the meat burgers I used to eat.
- Chicken burger: 5.0. Excellent, with very fresh lettuce and tomato.
- Salad (just lettuce): 4.0. Very fresh.
- Minestrone soup: 4.5.

Nice place for vegan burgers. I'm not vegan and I do love a proper meat burger but I also like soy products and think vegan burgers can be good too.
The burger was tasty and came up with decent fries. The place has a nice clean/refreshing yet casual vibe. There were nice pictures and a record player by the back entrance.

We had the vegan cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and they were both very very delicious. We also had a chocolate cookie, chocolate banana bread and blueberry muffin which were all moist and yummy.

We come here each time we are in Kamakura beaches. Vegan burgers are the best ever.
Mikan juice is also very good.
No plastic used in this shop.

Excellent vegan burgers and sweets right on the beach. Went back every day we were in town and already miss the comfort food! Definitely stop by early to grab some baked goods, highly recommend the muffins and cookies!!

Very nice vegan place next to the beach. Friendly people and nice music. Tried the 0% chicken and the Hayama burger, both delicious and really good texture. The smoky grill touch for the Hayama burger was phenomenal! Salad was pretty good too. Note to the owners: now you gotta improve your french fries game! :D

Was very hesitant...a vegan fish burger? Omg it was heavenly 😋 I don't think I even want the real thing again! Totally recommend. My kid had the cheeseburger and she enjoyed it too, along with a gluten free cookie. This place is definitely top on my list 💮💮💮
