The best! Just moved here from Texas! Shopped the one by me for 10 years. Cheaper than Walmart! Great people great selection. Good to have one close to new home! Stopped in this morning for first run, clean, organized, and friendly faces. Great layout. Great large bakery..fresh! Deli is large and went in when it was open another day, very helpful behind counter. And plenty of fries in frozen section. Idahos best! I'll keep five stars with a note, you need to somehow make it more aware to clients of the self checkout limit. The signing is not very noticeable, and should be lower and facing where customers enter the area! Huge problem at other store too. This is a MAIN reason alot of people come in, grab a few things and roll out. It would help your cashier's not having to tell people all day! 8 years in the business, yes, to an employee, it can get frustrating, but make it easier, and smiles will show more often. Ty WinCo!

I generally ok to shopping here. But there are some issues or things to share. Attached on photo of one poor quality red wine vinegar. There was a cloud on bottom of bottle. I discovered that before Christmas week. I returned to store and asked for what’s it at customer service?? She has No idea about it. Refunded but during this visit she was behaving and looking at me like I’m the boss and take it or leave it. 😡 of course she wasn’t show up smiling or apologizing.. I also suggest her you may need to remove it all because can be dangerous for other customers because I said I just checked shelves, there are more vinegar is in same situation. She said we remove it from the shelves immediately. I came back few days later and asked for Store Manager?? Because red wine vinegars was still on the shelves for sale. Store manager Josh was we can investigate this issue with quality control team but it may take few days due for Christmas. WOW Christmas was more important than customers or their health 👎 I asked I want to update for results!!! He had my phone number for update after I told him to write it down few times. He never wanted 👎not surprised His favorite Christmas passed. New year passed. I think he meant 2024 Christmas 🤔 Still no update from him and vinegar is still on sale. I found out myself why was cloudy on the bottom of the bottle. Because of quality of vinegar reducing due to unexpected storage conditions. Nothing danger for human health and cloud is increasing every day but you suppose to sieve the cloud before use it. Attached first glass bottled vinegar is quality and recommend to you. Second Gourmet plastic bottle is poor quality product. Enjoy 😉 Reason I review today Staff on isles work harder than miserable customer service and Ignoring store manager Josh. Customer care-satisfaction , quality product management and customers requests is not the priority For both department workers. 👎 Isles are clean and tidy. Price tags sometimes not the same location especially in grocery department. Fresh and quality vegetables and seafoods. Fish mongers are amazing. Helpful and smiles all time. Registers are plenty but not enough speed and register workers anytime a day. Need more self checkouts.

Great prices and nice selection of produce, kombucha, Vegan options like Morning Star and Gardein, So Delicious Non Dairy Ice Cream, and all things groceries. Friendly employees and clean store. I was happy to find Earth Balance Vegan butter as well as Organic Silk Soy Milk and my favorite Kombucha!

Make sure to have cash or a debit card with its PIN handy. No credit cards at WinCo. Besides that, the goods are good, the bulk food has a nice variety, and there are plenty of produce options. Although I would have liked easier access to help from employees there, the employees I did finally find were very kind and helpful.

Best priced grocery store I've found here and they always have a wide selection of food. Some of the produce isn't the freshest but as long as you take the time to look, you'll find pretty good produce. They have price comparisons listed as well and I love their bulk section

I love this store. I live 150 miles away but that's where I go once a month to buy groceries. They have the biggest selection of produce I've ever seen with the lowest prices. Their meat department is fantastic. They're busier than any other grocery store I've ever seen and that says it all.

Extremely rude self checkout employee and manager! Will not be going back into that store EVER again! I am not happy with the way I was treated because i had 5 items and 2 of the items were cases of olives and she had told me we had to count them individually and that was more than the 15 items allowed in the self checkout, she could’ve nicely told me I couldn’t check out in the self checkout but she was unreasonably rude about it and had called the manager for absolutely no reason and the manager was even worse. I had done nothing to receive the way I was treated.

Camille in the deli was super kind and helpful. I was buying lunch meat then she up sold me the best chicken salad I have ever eaten. The prices are the best in town. I recommend visiting Camille in the deli and taking her recommendations.

Update: we went in around 9:00 am on a Saturday. It was a lot calmer. We were in and out pretty quickly. I need to remember NOT to go there on Sundays. Employees that I did deal with were great. The crowded aisles not so much.

We have been getting the orange chicken, and general tso's chicken from the deli for years. We went and got some tonight and Not sure what changed but both are so spicy now that the family can not eat it. New recipe? New cook? Hope it goes back to how it used to be.
