Love the food and taste but the portions are often inconsistent. Sometime their tenders are smaller than your finger. I brought it up to the manager and showed him and he said, yes that’s it. They are hand cut and inconsistent. No joke! For $12.95 I expect a little more. Follow up to response: Good thing I took additional pictures and have added them. Not much left to the imagination. I guess I need to think before I return if this is how you treat a regular customer. The pictures speak for themselves. The tenders of average size are now smaller than the diameter of my index finger. Nice folks, good taste, just not enough bang for the buck. I loved this place. Mostly for the OUTSTANDING customer service! These people were amazing. There was a line all the way out to the road in the drive-through, and there were at least 2 employees out there taking orders in the heat. 6 PM on a Friday, and we waited maybe 10 minutes for our food to come out. I'm still in shock at how good these people are at their jobs! I got the Chipotle honey mustard boneless wings, and they were great! The cheese curds were delicious as well. I just left wings and more after waiting 12 minutes for my food (which is no problem because I don't mind the wait). What i do mind is I bought a Country salad and it had 6 tender pieces on it. This was my first time here and ordered the boneless medium flavor. I cannot handle spicy to well and these were just to spicy for me. One of the staff saw me struggling and asked if I wanted some mild ones so I could enjoy the rest of my meal. I personally was going to chalk it up to a learning experience since every wing place is different, but the way the staff went out of their way to ensure that I enjoyed my meal was refreshing and very much appreciated. Aside from that the food is great and for how busy they were it came out really fast. Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Chicken tenders are the best in town 100% proportions are excellent. Not too small but not too big just enough to satisfy your craving. Service and management are some of the best in town. This is our usual spot for fried chicken strips. We enjoy the curly fries, the fried chicken breading, and the house made blue cheese. Our last visit wasn’t typical but I can’t reasonably expect perfection every time. The breathing for the fried chicken was noticeably heavier on the cornmeal. It didn’t ruin the meal for me; though I did have a small glimmer of buyer’s remorse. The silver lining of this cloudy experience was the manner I spoke to over the phone, Nick. Nick immediately expressed empathetic regards concerning my experience; moreover, I appreciated his intuition regarding the texture of the batter. I can’t express enough my gratitude that this location has a manager that exudes genuine concern for the guests and their experience. Update: The manager contacted me ASAP wanting to make things right. I honestly just wanted them to be aware of the situation and provide their guest with fresh, hot food! My mom wanted to give them another opportunity since this location is closer to her home. They didn't disappoint at all! The food was fresh and delicious! They fixed their mistake and made it right! Mom will definitely keep going back! This location always FAILS me! My fries were hard and old. My sons gravy was jello and old. Horrible way to spend my hard earned money. I'll definitely continue driving to 21 for food. Nasty! Yall should be ashamed serving old fries and gravy! My burger was so dry on the side and burnt!

The WORST wing place I’ve been to. They can’t ever seem to get my order right and the people working the drive through are even worse and hen ordering from the speaker.. they talk so fast repeating your order when no one is even behind me.
