I waited 45 mins for 20 wings in the store after watching some punk cook put 3 of his friends huge orders infront of mine when they ordered multiple mins after me. So unprofessional and ridiculous. Like is an understatement. I LOVE wingstop, I’ve only ever ordered from this location and let me tell you every single time the food was SPOT ON! you can’t go wrong with any flavor really. The food is always done in a timely manner and comes out nice, fresh, and accurate! Bathrooms always seem to be up-kept which is also a plus. I had a good experience here I had 100 dollar order the female was pretty nice running register and the young bro that was cooking and handling a lot of the work kept calm after i mistakes myself on my order and he had it right kept very calm and also live in Estes forgot my cell phone after the situation and he kept it locked up and under his watch and very respectful I hope this gets to him and his boss and hope he does exceed in his job nah really person to do reviews but I felt this was one to leave for bro✅💯 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Hot Wings

The staff at this location were very friendly. The food is very average. I ordered the chicken sandwich with hot buffalo and had a side of 6 Parmesan garlic wings. The fries and ranch were very good, the sandwich wasn’t very good, very dry and kind of a cardboard taste. The wings were okay as well, the quality of the boneless wing was good but there was no sauce (my fault for assuming they’d be sauces) instead there was just what looked and tasted like Parmesan cheese. I guess for a fast food style wing place it was okay.

This is usually a solid Wingstop, but they have recently hired a bunch of teenage kids and the quality and service has taken a massive hit, in more recent times I’ve gone my wings are cold, my order is wrong, and they take forever to put out mediocre food. The people working there have little personal hygiene, they stink and look dirty, I’ve also seen them use a rag to clean in and around the sauces that is caked in old sauces and stained !! I never got a receipt or else I would be doing a survey. The manager Travis always has his hair untamed and smells. Nobody I’ve seen working has gloves while handling food. She deserves 5 stars but there was no one here to help her. We waited over 45 min to get food. We got our order and there was a mistake in the order. The manager did he best to fix the issue. She couldn’t due to us being in a hurry but took care of us the best of her ability. Prompts for the customer service she offered to fix the situation. Update: stoped back in and they were busy and KC was super nice and caring about everything. With the exception of the hot wings (which were just ok) the flavor for the other two we received was non-existent. The best thing we had were the fries. 30 wings and fries for 55 bucks is quite a bit to spend for this uninspiring bit of tough chicken. Even Buffalo Wild Wings is better and that saying something... Done ordering from here. Always screw things up. From now on it’s wing shack across the street or BWW. Ordered food at 4:30 for a Scheduled pickup at 5:30. Showed up at 5:20. Food was cold. I live less than a mile from the restaurant once home I tested it with meat thermometer and it was only 86 degrees. Tested not even 5 mins from leaving store. These guys forgot to put a top bun on my sandwich! I had to drive all the way back down to get one. French fries were soggy, nothing was hot, and it took 45 minutes to get my food. Not counting the time took to drive back and forth to fix my order and get it back home. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
