I love wingstop always have but this time I sat and watched the chefs these guys were touching there phones shaking hand with a kid that came in. Then touched my sandwich and fries without washing there hands. Frankly I just had a hard day at work didn't have the energy to complain. Ate my food because I was hungry hungry. I just hope they practice washing there hands before touching someone's food in the future. Today that was not the case. Unsure if I will give this location another chance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Their Manager Jesus was the most rude manager I've come across. I called in my order drive 20 minutes to get it they handed me the bag and I drive home another 20 minutes out only to get home and see they gave me the wrong order. I called and Jesus made me purchase the order online pay for delivery after wasting time and gas driving their initially and said he'd make sure it's correct, I received the order and it's STILL WRONG!! Wings are raw and shorted, fries are undercooked and soggy, I'm missing my two drinks and voodoo fries. Over two hours trying to get my food. I call him again and he says to me it's no big deal and tried blaming me for the their mistake and giving me the wrong bag to begin with. I recommend you to stay away and chose to eat elsewhere. Does anyone else’s chicken look like this? Why is it so white and taste like dirty water. Has zero flavor. I talked to the manager Carmen she felt it was okay to charge me $11 for drink & fries and only returned $7 for the wings. Go anywhere but here. UPDATE: as I was leaving Carmen stopped me and told me she could give me my full refund. Through all this I will say she remained professional and wasn’t rude. But it’s still a one star for me. I made a recent order through Uber eats and this is what I got for a triple meal deal. It is not worth it because I didn’t receive my full order. I called before to make sure everything was there, but I paid extra for things that I did not receive an Uber did not refund me at all, I was missing items and the food was cold. I am not happy with this location. I called Uber eats and they did not help me with anything as a refund, so I will be coming up there to speak with a manager because this is very unprofessional and, the food was not the quality that I know expected late or not. I occasionally deliver from this restaurant and I have to say this is one of the worst ran restaurants in all of Vegas. They are almost never ready, always out of something the customer ordered, continuously forgets things in the order and they make drivers prepare drinks when it's against the health department code. A complaint has been filed with the DPHD about this health issue. If you're going to order from this location, make sure you check your food before leaving the restaurant. They always forget at least one item. Also don't expect them to follow through on any customizations. I always order my fries well done and extra seasoning, but they never do it. They messed up my order today. I ordered a chicken sandwich Korean spicy bbq and a 5 piece smoked bbq piece add on. Both items were smoked BBQ. We come and dine into this location at least once per week. The staff here has always been nice and courteous. The food is always great. One of the few places my kids eat all their food.
