Long waiting time if you order in store on a Sunday. We waited over 35 minutes because they were back up on online orders. No manager on site, the workers were slow, the restaurant was a mess. Flies flying around, dirty tables and floors, the trash near the bags of food were over filled. Water on the floor near cables, dirty counters and I don't want to think about the restrooms. 2nd time at this location. Service is very slow. This time I placed an online order at 5:50 pm for a 6:30 pm pick up. Arrived at 6:34 and food wasn't ready till 6:52. 1/2 the wings were good and tasty the other half(different sauce) was not so fresh. Ordered online , 50 wings and 2 chicken sandwiches, the delivery driver wich wings stop sub contracts for there delivery arrived and contacted me stated order was not ready I ordered at 3:59 its stated it. Would be delivered at 4:21 then got it message it was running late ,driver had to wait over a hour for the food, the driver ended getting the food delivered @ 6 pmwhen it arrived it was missing the 2 sandwiches, contacted driver and stated he was only handed 2 bags . I called the restaurant been on hold for 45 minutes and no answer. Boneless wings were small and cold and my fries were cold as well like they were in the fridge with no seasoning at all. Never going back again. Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn’t 1 of the 4 flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. Awful experience for an $80 order.

I got bone-in wings & Cajun fries. The fries were very spicy and the wings were good but no better than anywhere else. I wish the cashier would have told me that the carryout container had holes in the top and to carry it flat. What a mess! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

I ordered the 15 piece on 12/9/2020 . I didn’t get the 15 pieces I paid for. My wings were soaked in grease and little to no seasoning. 7 should’ve been lemon pepper and the other 8 Louisiana rub. This is the trash they served. Update: I did go back the next day and my order was made correctly.

This specific Wingstop location is always on point. The manager is always accommodating after they messed up our order once. Wings wise, I love all the flavors! Specifically Mango Habanero (this is good if you love sweet & spicy) and lemon pepper and garlic paremsan to name 2 of my favorites. We are customers for life. Quick tip: they are ALWAYS busy so order ahead accordingly.
