Charming interior and great coffee and chai. Make sure you get the bacon and croissants and the hash brown sandwiches. Terrific! And get there before 9:00 in the morning. What a charming coffee shop / bakery!! We stopped in after learning they had a vegan breakfast sandwich! It was SO good! It was basically a fresh made muffin (from scratch!) with vegan egg, vegan cheese & vegan home made sausage! It was a nice size, satisfying & delicious! Stowe doesn’t have many vegan places so it’s exciting to find this place catering to vegans! Got an oat milk latte for the road which was just as yummy! Apparently they also offer vegan baked goods but their wasn’t many in the case when we came but that’s okay - the Vegan breakfast sandwich was amazingggggg! Love their adorable chipmunk mascot!
