Update: I decided to go for breakfast and received a biscuit instead of a croissant, they need more checks and balances. I'm guessing things aren't made fresh since the date on the biscuit wrapper was 2/27 and today is a 3/1 on a leap year.
I see I'm not the only one sharing the same disappointment with this location. The coffee is delicious. I have ordered an iced latte, and it tasted super fresh. I would definitely go back for beverages.
If you are planning to order food here, just don't. The quality and amount is not work the price.
I got my order to go, and I worth within a mile of the location. My food was cold. When they handed it to me, I questioned if there was anything in the package because it was so light. Even Taco Bell has weight to their crunchy tacos.
I paid $15 for tacos. It was a glorified side salad with small hidden pieces of shrimp and soggy, corn tortillas on the bottom. I could have gone to Taco Bell or a local Mexican restaurant and gotten triple the amount for the price and better quality.
If I'm paying $15 for THREE tacos, I expect to see full size pieces of shrimp on top of a small bed of lettuce, not a whole salad, and non soggy tortillas. They didn't have flavor either which was very disappointing.
And from the other photos on the reviews, those waffles look so small.
Coming from a place that has high prices, this was a huge let down.

Small wait when I went for lunch during the week. Looks like they are in high demand!
Had almost zero wait for my coffee and 2 minutes later my sandwich was brought out to me.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is amazing. Great to see something like this in middle Georgia.
Can't wait to come back!

We went for breakfast this morning. It was easy to find parking. The line in the building was all the way to the door. We waited for about 30 minutes. The staff were friendly and polite. We ordered Ramblin wreck, The Dawg, and Big Monte. The food was good, but for us the waffles were a little hard. The Monte waffle idea is interesting ,but the waffle crumbles easily. The lemon custard on the waffle was amazing. We also got a woodlaccino with white mocha flavoring. The coffee tasted great, it was just on the pricey side. It won’t stop me from going again though. The store was clean and everyone had a positive attitude that we could see. They have a second floor and outdoor seating. We look forward to trying the lunch menu next. They do provide a military discount!

My husband and I enjoyed our first time here. The service was impeccable. The atmosphere was cozy and warm on a chilly day. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a bagel and my husband got the breakfast tacos. We decided we liked each other's better and traded.
😅 The taco filling wasn't warm, but that's an easy fix.

Stopped by this morning for a to go breakfast!! I made my own breakfast sandwich with the Pan de Coco, sausage, egg, and cheese, and also got a Peanut Butter Whoopie Pie and a Chai Latte (I don't drink coffee 🤷🏻♀️)! They were all very good! I was in line when the whoopie pies were brought out and the lady behind me convinced me to get one! It was a great recommendation!! The atmosphere was so nice and the employees were courteous and had a good attitude (even with the first day rush), I even saw the lady handing out food looking for extra opportunities to serve and asked if she could throw some people's trash away! They were definitely embodying their "You are loved" mantra!
Glad they are open and so close to my house! ☺️ Excited to try out their lunch/dinner menu and those waffles too! 🤤

Waited a few days before posting a review. Still irritated with the experience, so the fact that I'm still going out of my way to post should speak volumes. In fact, this might be the first review I've ever posted. Hopefully they take this feedback to heart.
Perhaps I'm not the coffee connoisseur I thought I was, but the coffee was absolutely terrible. Almost had a medicinal taste to it. Metallic might be a better way to describe it.
Food was bland and adequate at best. Sandwich was so dry and uninspired. I was better off just staying at home or sticking to my usual dining spots. What irks me the most was the service, which is the main reason I'm spending time with this review.
Ordered from the waffle menu section where the item is advertised as including berry jam. When opening up my sandwich, no jam. Initially, I was given butter and syrup, which I thought was odd. Anyway, when I went up front to request berry jam, I was given this packaged orange marmalade. I was expecting homemade berry jam and not some generic crap.
The whole check-in system and dining experience was bizarre too. I will admit that the food was served in a timely manner, but it just seemed like none of the staff wanted to do anything extra. Requested utensils and was told to get them from "over there." They just stayed in their lane and remained narrowminded regarding best practice with customer service. There just wasn't much going on between the ears, if I'm being honest.
Truth be told, I didn't even finish my meal. Matter a fact, after taking a single bite, I just left. The disappointment was just so great, I didn't even bother asking for a refund and took the loss.

I am blown away by the character and beauty of this place. Knowing that every time I go I am not only getting great food and service but a portion of the proceeds go to help the kids at Orphanage Emmanuel….. Toni and Lance Slade have the biggest hearts in middle Georgia and it’s fun supporting their God Dream!!!

The pancakes and fruit were really good, and the service was nice. A nice woman came around and offered us a piece of a brownie.
My only complaint is that when I started eating my pancakes I noticed the fork had an old egg smell, but I thought it was just me then as I was finishing my pancakes I noticed some dried/caked on egg yolks on the bottom of the plate and I had no eggs at all. Kind of explained the smell and grossed me out but I was already done with the majority of my meal, pancakes were good though.

I had very high hopes for this establishment. HUUUUUUUGE let down.
1. Coffee is DISGUSTING!!! I love coffee, and don’t like overly sweet coffee, but even I thought the coffee was ridiculously bitter and tasted like metal. Even after adding more milk and some syrup to my coffee, all I could taste was metal.
2. The food is weird. Just weird. You know how frozen food can be edible but you can tell that it was frozen for a long time and it makes it taste funny? That’s the vibe I got from the food I tried.
3. The atmosphere and service are exemplary. That’s why I wish I could spend more time here. If they would improve their products, I would be coming here daily. It’s a gorgeous establishment with great staff. This would be an amazing place to hang out or get some work done… if only the food and drink was edible.

The atmosphere here feels safe and welcoming. There’s not many places that I feel comfortable staying and hanging out at and usually I just get my food and go home to my hobbit hole, but I WANT to be here. There’s always hot food, hot coffee, and friendly faces…. AND guests frequently bring their dogs with them and will let me pet them! (The dog, not the owner.) It feels like CHURCH here!
