The first time I went there, the service and food were excellent. However, on our recent visit, we were disappointed - they had no scones, the mini carrot cake I ordered was dry, and the cutlery and plates were dirty 😟. Service Dine in Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Service can definitely sharpen up, but you'll find that at almost all Woolies Cafes in the country. Although they've become pricey, the menu is ever changing according to seasons and the food is always great. Crispy Chicken Burger my firm favourite (pity they changed the chips recently though). The service is average, but you will wait for the order. I order waffles and a vegan burger. Waited for 45mins plus. I wish they told us you pay the door when leaving ... the food is good. The vegan burger is really good. The size of the bun can be increased.

The patrons next to me had their baby sitting on the table the entire time and management did nothing about it. Bums on tables - hard no. Will rather go elsewhere Meal type Brunch Price per person R 250–300

What a let down. Not the first time that we arrived here only to find that they are out of scones. Please try harder to bake enough scones for the day Woolies. It's not even near closing time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

By far my favourite spot for breakfast, brunch and lunch in Brooklyn. They make good breakfast bagels, burgers and salad. They do good poached eggs. A good price. They have very kind and professional staff, I think they are understaffed, so it sometimes might take a while to get food on the table, but food has always been really good. Their cakes are absolutely amazing, highly recommend the Caramel cheese cake and carrot cake. They also do full cake orders. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 200–250

A nice vibe, and the staff are always wonderful. A smile with a greeting always helps any occasion, and puts a spring I'm everyone's step. I've been back 3 times over the last month, for the same dish. EXCEPTIONAL!, ...and definitely the best soup I have EVER HAD. The chef knows her stuff, and passed on my compliments.
